Morrison Associates Inc reviews
7Very friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors! Would definitely recommend this place and will be back again next year! Glasses are also very reasonably priced as well!
Terrible staff
Find another eye doctors, you won’t be happy when you leave.
Terrible run office
The lady working at one desk and is extremely rude. She was acting out towards a phone call while helping me because it wouldn’t stop ringing.
They won’t honor manufacturers coupons and try to scam you for extra money for things you shouldn’t pay for.
I’ve worn contacts my whole life and have been to offices all over and this is one of the worst ones out there.
The doctors who does the test is also rude towards you.
The way this place is run, look for one of many other places to choice from.
Great optometrist Office. Dr. John Weatherhold is prompt and explains everything clearly! Great selection of frames in house as well
Best service and skilled professionals in the area. Continual winners of the Peoples' Choice award.
Been coming here for a couple years now. I am only able to come during the Winter Holiday season which is their busiest time of year. They always get them to me incredibly quickly. Love their service.
I was talked into purchasing the anti-reflective lens coating for an up-charge on my glasses and within a few months it started flaking off and I couldn't see through my lenses. So I called and asked if they would fix this and they answered, "Sure, just bring them in and we can remove the coating". Okay, "Will I be refunded the cost of the coating then? " I asked. "Only if you purchased the warranty. This was explained to you when you purchased your glasses. " Okay, no it wasn't. I was not told that the anti-reflective lens coating I was talked into purchasing was going to flake off rendering my glasses useless, and would not be replaced without a warranty, even though I'm sure they were aware of this when they sold me my glasses. My advice, don't let anyone sell you on the coating, it's more trouble than it's worth. And sorry Morrison Associates, but you've lost my future business. The star is for the optometrist.
