3NOTARIES/LOAN SIGNING AGENTS BEWARE, THEY ARE NOW LOWBALLING PAYING ONLY $75 WITH SCANS FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE OVER 165 PAGES
Our mortgage company used Mortgage Connect to close our loan. They were difficult to reach via email (their preferred method of communication), dropped the ball on the cash-out money we were supposed to receive, then ghosted me once they confirmed the money was sent and provided the tracking number. We let the lender choose the title company because we weren’t familiar with title companies. If I ever need this service again, I WILL do my research. IF you get stuck using Mortgage Connect, CALL them when you need them. The customer service representative I reached was great. The issues are higher up.
Tammy in titling messed up a title on a foreclosure I bought and it has taken me 6 months and an attorney to get it straight! She would not even return our calls. I would not recommend them to anyone if she’s any indication of their daily operations!
