Moshulu, Philadelphia PA

The food was good. The service was excellent. My fiancé and I enjoyed the experience. They need to add vegan options they already have vegetarian menu I'm vegan the they made a mix roasted vegetables was delicious and I got Mediterranean salad with no feta cheese. And my fiance got double cheeseburger was Ok.

“Are you in the mood for a fancy restaurant? If so you should go to the Moshulu. I think Moshulu is the best in the world! Read to find out why!

My first reason is it’s in a boat. On the boat you can see a warship from Worldwar2. It’s a very big boat. The boat is not m in case you get seasick. It’s in water. The water is calm like it’s meditating.

My second reason is it has a big menu. So many fries and chicken wings and more. Stake so delicious! Also, the samon is great. But I like the skin more.

My final reason is the fries! I think a very grumpy person would love them. They are cooked very well and great texture. Never ever in a trillion years cold.

The Moshulu is the best in the world. It’s in a boat a very big menu. The fries are so good. GET IN THE CAR NOW! ”

Michael was an amazing waiter. Food was great, drinks were amazing. The banana old fashioned was awesome. If I wasn't so full I would have gotten the creme brulee.

HORRIBLE, WORST experience ever. Me and my family decided to celebrate New Years Eve at Moshulu VIP DINNER ($250 per person), been advised as the best restaurant in the area. Mediocre buffet, with no service at all, drinks during dinner served in a plastic cup (all tables around had crystal glasses), you need to go to the bar and make a huge line to grab a drink because all servers were so busy gossiping and talking among themselves just right next to you. NEVER AGAIN, they just ruined our celebration.

Brunch on the Moshulu exceeded our expectations! The atmosphere is so beautiful, food was excellent, and our server Michael was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make my friend’s birthday celebration special, which made for a really memorable experience:)

Our first time coming to the Moshulu for NYE. My friend and i had a wonderful experience. From the DJs to the drinks/food. Five stars! It was my friends birthday, Nick & Ed played all her requests in the dining room. Thanks for a great NYE, we wil be back!

Great food, service and Atmosphere! Been going there off and on for years and just recently indulged in the Christmas Brunch Sun.afternoon on Christmas eve! Very pleased!

We visited on New Year’s Eve and had the Price fixe menu. The boat is a beautiful setting for a wonderful meal. For starters I had the shrimp cocktail and my girlfriend had the scallops. This was an excellent first course. The shrimp cocktail was good as well as the scallops. A great way to start our meal. For our second course I had the short rib and my girlfriend had the lamb chops. The short rib was perfectly cooked, so tender and flavorful. It was served with veggies which were very good. The lamb chops were cooked at a perfect medium rare. The last course was a raspberry cheesecake along with a chocolate mousse. By this part of the meal we were so full but we found some space for dessert. While we dined we were able to go to the top deck in order to see the fire works which were quite the treat.
We had an excellent server who took care of all our needs, Patty did an excellent job of provided suggestions and also making sure we were able to see the New Year’s Eve fireworks even though our meal was half way through the serving. Great job Patty.

One of the best restaurants in the area. We went on New Year weekend for dinner! With sumptuous food and impressive inside this place is a must go! After dinner we visited the deck as well! We will revisit this place in summer again!

Attended my job holiday party, first time visiting I will definitely be going back, very nice.

This place was so bad I could not wait to write this review and am doing so in the parking lot! Do not waste your money going here. Please believe me. The drinks are made with mixes you can get from ShopRite, the service is slow and rude, the food is decent at best. The best part about this place is the view but you’re better off getting a hot dog and sitting on the pier than going here. Also be advised that you have to pay to park to eat here. Diner beware of this tired tired establishment.

Great New Years Eve Party. View of the Fireworks was top notch. Food was good. DJs were fun. Acoustic duo (Ed and Nick) was fun and played our requests.

I been here before and it was amazing, so i decided to come here to enjoy my birthday and I am sad to say I didn’t enjoy most of my meal. The bread was dry and different from the bread I had last time, my steak wasn’t as tender as it was before and had alot of chewy fat parts. Potato wedges wasn’t the best. My girlfriend order the butter chicken and wasn’t satisfied either alot of chew fat parts. Mash potatoes were kind of cold and her veggies was a very strong vinegar taste. The best thing was the appetizer Mac and cheese with the rib meat and tomato jam, that was amazing. Overall we honestly wished we enjoyed the food more, the service was awesome as always. Just kind of disappointed.

Great time at Moshulu. It has been a minute since our last visit but was not disappointed at all.

We Had dinner great atmosphere great food great service. If I had a complaint it would be parking. You shouldn’t have to pay $20 to park to be able to eat. The restaurant should work something out for their customers. Not necessarily free but, something off

Went for emo night, a friend of mine got felt up by some creep and when we went to tell that dude off one of the bartenders came out to break it up. He was gonna toss us out for instigating, which, fair, but why did he have to say "That didn't happen" when we told him about my friend getting groped? If you wanna be a creep to girls, come on out here.

Beautiful masted ship in the water, fantastic location, amazing atmosphere. Great for an impressive "night out". The night we were there, they were hosting a wedding.so loud music, and crowds. The food was good. Not amazing. Expensive - but you are paying for atmosphere, more than a fantastic meal.

Everything was great. Even for a busy Saturday night it was awesome time. Definitely going there again.

My only problem was there was no bread on the tables. We had a party of 19. My children was good
