7We came to Sunday Mass at Most Holy Trinity on vacation, and we loved it. The statues, mosaics, & stained glass windows are beautiful. Music was more traditional, which goes with the feel of the inside; if we ever come back to the area we will definitely return.
The last time we were here, about 5 years ago, they were collecting money for renovations.it was a gymnasium with folding chairs and makeshift kneelers. We decided it was time to come back to church this morning.what a surprise to walk in and find that the folding chairs were replaced by the pews from our beautiful St. Ann's and the room itself transformed into a lovely church! The mass was wonderful and I felt like I was home. When St. Ann's shut its doors I wasn't sure that I'd ever be happy in another church. I'm glad to say that I was wrong. I only wish that I got to hear a homily today, sadly, it was replaced by a plea for money for the archdiocese. I hope that next week there is a message. I'm in need of one right about now.
Updated to say that there has, indeed, been a message every week.we have met some wonderful people here at MHTP.and we have found a home amongst them.
Update #2. It is a full year since I wrote the initial post and we are still going strong.a wonderful parish with beautiful people. I feel blessed to have found this church.
No reverence to the Holy Eucharist; no altar rales or kneelers, Eucharist in the hand, female (adult) altar servers, no wonder there are no vocations, and worse of all, female Eucharistic ministers. No Ad Orientium. Run within the most corrupt diocese in the US, diocese of Scranton.
Saw the video Greg. It’s a scary world out here Greg, especially for kids. Are you in jail yet? A 15 year old?
The parish has made great strides in encouraging people to join the congregation. For years we were attending Mass in the auditorium.

welcoming.
Came for Ash Wednesday. Beautiful new church. Easy parking. It was nice to visit. Father Clark performed Mass
