Joe Maros was professional, genuine, knowledgeable, and friendly. He exceeded our expectations in handling our challenge. Joe communicated well with us throughout the process. He made sure the job was done the right way and that we were completely satisfied. Customer’s for life, thank you Joe!

My car has been held hostage for 6 months. I see other people’s reviews about having to bring their cars back to the shop, dear god after 6 months and counting I better not have to go back. Giving 3 stars because I appreciate Joe’s customer service. Will update whenever I get my car back, hopefully before 2023 -. -

Really wanted to review 0 out of 5. Damaged paint of my car on roof.
Took 20 more days to repair car.

Really unhappy, highly recommend to see other bodyshop.

I took 2 cars in for body work. Both cars needed to be taken back into the shop for work. The body lines did not line up. The Lexus I was told was as good as they could do. It was way off. They tried again slightly better but noticeably poor quality. After the insurance company sent someone to verify quality magically it was better right before they arrived. Not perfect and does not look like the other side of the car. Would not ever recommend if you want one side of the car to look like the other. Also check your bills before signing for extra charges. Your paying for a service look at your bill and car before accepting it.

Do not come here especially if you are a woman. I brought my car in before three other customers - all male- and they made me wait until last to look at my car. They spoke to me in a very patronizing way. When I picked the car up I paid for it before I received the key on turned on the ignition. I saw a tire pressure alert on the wheel they replaced. I had to wait until they closed for them to look at it. The same man finally waited on me. He didn’t know when the pressure dropped so low but now I have to drive home in the interstate not knowing if the tire is ok. I’m grateful my children are not with me.

Terrible. Still do not have the vehicle after over a month. No communication to me or within the Motorworld facility among their staff. Told me several different stories and and none were true. Ex. Your car is painted a week later we are waiting for your window shield then painting your car. Will never deal with them again. They threw my rearview mirror away and two people told me two different stories about it. And said it would be Week to get another. Was told my car had to get a re-inspection even though it was inspected two months ago with no issues. They were told what happened during the accident and never inspected the underneath of the car only what was clearly visible now told I may have to wait for another 2 or 3 weeks.

Thank you for everything that you’ve done with the work on my Tucson. It’s been a long almost 4 months with many hiccups along the way but what to do, parts are hard to come by, thank you so very much for keeping me updated along the way via calls and emails. MotorWorld Bodyshop will be my go to if I ever need a body shop again

If i could give a negative star review it would be for this place, giving 1 star is too high in my opinion. This has honestly been the worst experience with any business I’ve ever dealt with. I had a tree fall on my brand new car after owning it for 9 days. Motorworld has had my car for almost 4 months now. No one has called me to offer any help with the situation knowing they’ve had it for this long. No rental vehicle offered, no reimbursement offered for my $1600 I’ve made in payments while they have it. On May 26th, 2022 they called me and told me it would be done “tomorrow” (May 27). It is now 2 weeks later (June 9th). No one will even answer my simple question of if it’s done or almost done. No one will answer my calls or return them and a lady at the desk just hung up on me yesterday. I’ve bought my last 2 cars from motorworld and I will NEVER do business with this place again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

My car was in for 4 weeks for repair in the body shop.failed to do a front end alignment. Had been back to the shop 5 times to have them fix what was neglected. I do not recommend them and won't ever go back. I was a customer for 15 years and never had this bad or service.

Brought my car to body shop for repair of front headlight and alignment beginning of july and now a month and one week later my car still not done. My car was supposed to be finished on july 26, then now it’s been postponed. I was told that the repair was finished but the alignment hasn’t been done for almost two weeks now.

Hello. This is my first time giving a review so I am a little nervous. I just felt compelled to say how pleasantly surprised I was with the level of service and compassion I was shown by Joseph Maros at the motorworld body shop located on the motorworld automobile dealership. Joseph really helped to calm my nerves during a very overwhelming process of having my door handle replaced on my vehicle. I thought that maybe I would be able to replace it myself, but given the fact that it is a classic car, a 1993 Plymouth Acclaim, (my pride and joy) I was a little hesitant that I would screw it up. I explained my concerns to Joseph and he put all my worries at ease. He is very caring and even listened to me ramble on for what seemed like hours. He is a great listener. I wish I had the pleasure of meeting more people like Joseph throughout my life, especially in my younger years. Joseph is truly one of a kind and a pleasure to work with. If I ever lose another door handle, I know exactly who to contact. Thanks again Joseph, and God Bless.
Oh geez, I hope I didn’t say too much. Sometimes I just keep talking and talking and don’t even realize until it’s too late. I’m sorry.

Had a new front bumper installed on my Mercedes Benz after some kid backed into me in a parking lot. They did an excellent job. Perfect color matching. They kept me updated all the way and handled communications with the insurance company of the person who caused the damage. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
