I came to this casino several times to play. It would not be a pity to spend money and time on this if the machines would periodically give some winnings. But they are set up in such a way that they only take money! I've played in many casinos. There are good casinos, for example in New York, Atlantic City, Las Vegas, Miami, where you can really have a good time, where the machines are set up so that the client plays and there is excitement. I repeat that here the machines only take money and there is no game. This is the worst place I've been. Another big minus is the poor view inside. It feels like I was in the eighties, where Coca Cola is in cheap plastic cups and there is no tasty coffee, unlike good casinos, where they try to create a pleasant atmosphere for customers. I feel sorry for looking at the sad faces of people who lose money in this place without enjoying playing in this casino. I wish everyone good luck and choosing a good casino!

Vine a este casino varias veces para jugar. No sería una lástima gastar dinero y tiempo en esto si las máquinas periódicamente dieran algunas ganancias. ¡¡¡Pero están configurados de tal manera que sólo aceptan dinero! I came over with my mother that visiting from Israel.we where waiting for a blackjack table for over an hour.never so something like this evere in any casino.than they put music in a very high volume like a club.asking the staff to lower it they said they don't have control over it very weird

Wow. Very disappointing these days. No drink girls to be found. They didn't open the table game I wanted till 8pm. Worst of all, they didn't comp me a free Monday night room even though I lost thousands. Time to go elsewhere.

Too many smokers. No winning machines to be found. Could also use remodeling the entrance. The staff is not very friendly.

Awesome grown up playground. The employees were friendly. The food at Guys Restaurant was not the best, but the waitress was sweet. Definately machine galore. BRING MONEY. Check it out!

I had this hotel booked by someone working an event over a weekend for me and I shipped things here so they can pick it up on arrival. All items were confirmed delivered, when he arrived and asked for them he was immediately told ‘we never got any packages’. After some back and forth finally he got them, or some of them. Packages shipped via FedEx was obtained, but ones shipped by usps was missing. Mount Airy kept saying they didn’t get anything and if they did it would be with them. The manager said all mail goes to their ‘shipping and receiving’, she said she had someone open the place to take a look for my package as my guest urgently needed it for that weekend, she says she looked and nothing was there with his name. I created tickets with USPS, the local post office calls me back saying they don’t drop it off to front desk, they drop it off to a mailbox outside which they open occasionally later. I contact the hotel again and have my guest check again, somehow 1 out of the 2 missing packages turns up this time, so one is still missing somewhere within the hotel. I feel this was a lot of asking them to check and they said they did but really didn’t. I ship directly to many hotels and never had a problem like this before. The hotel rooms were alright but smelled like smoke despite it being a non-smoking room booked. When trying to get help the manager and staff sounded very helpful that they were doing all they can but if they say they looked everywhere and couldn’t find my packages, only for one to turn up later then it says they didn’t really look.

Update: 2/2 of my packages were found. The second was placed inside their SUPPLY CLOSET with a note saying ‘leave with front desk’ but they clearly didn’t follow this and were incredibly unhelpful for the entire weekend. Very frustrating as these packages were needed for the weekend that already passed and the hotel continuously saying they never got it when in fact they had it the entire time and misplaced it. A special note of the worker 'Marcia' who kept telling my proxy they never received my package, never got it, it didn't arrive, only to be the same one to be there when it was found in the supply closet.

I'll start by saying that this casino and the hotel rooms are gorgeous. We've been coming here weekly or biweekly. My partner is a gold member so he's spending when we come here.
Today 9/13 at 8: 45 a.m. I walked in and had my ID on hand as everytime I come here I am asked for it so I hand it over to the female African American security as customary. She asked for my hand to place an over 21 stamp (no problem, they always do) I laugh and jokingly say do I look young? She rudely responds "no but you apparently think you do that you handed over your ID". I was shocked at the rudeness for no apparent reason. I filed a paper complaint and handed it to security guard named Bill he said he would hand it over to his Boss. I write this in hopes that customer service will improve as it pales the overall beauty and charm of the establishment.

Great facility and staff, only giving 4/5 stars bc the sports book / room does not have a bar. And the bar that is there has an arbitrary limit of one drink every 20 minutes.

Stopped here on Labor Day to check out the casino on my way back from Jersey for the day. Great place to go if you’re a smoker. Gambled for like an hour, probably would have stayed longer if not for smoke. There really isn’t a non smoking area on the entire casino floor, it is entirely smoke filled. Im sitting here writing this review the next morning with a sore throat. I feel like I smoked a 1/2 a pack. One star experience. The second star is for having 5 dollar tables. Only thing that kept me there. I have to say I chuckled at the valet parking. Its literally right next to the general parking 50 feet away. Lobby is beautiful with the fountains and all and the best spot to take a break from inhaling second hand smoke. Will not be returning unless I find out casino floor is smoke free.

Immediately overcome with smoke from the casino. Smoke smell was evident throughout the property (lobby, spa, dining). Outdoor pool was nice but small. Upon checking out we had a charge for $245 that no one from the hotel could explain what it was. The following day we called to notify the hotel that the charges went through on our credit card and they said the money would be credited. Currently, we have not received a credit. We are very disappointed in the service and the unverified charges received. We have friends that live nearby in the area.but we will not be returning to this hotel.

I once enjoyed this casino, but the pervasive smell of smoke has become a deterrent. Allowing indoor smoking is a regrettable choice, as it discourages non-smokers from visiting.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, restaurant area excellent service, casino area excellent and the Hotel area all beautiful.

Clean rooms and nice staff. Parking for the hotel is on the backside by the casino entrance so you have to walk thru the casino to get to the elevator to get to your floor or walk around the building to go to the lobby. When booking was told one price but when I looked on my banking when I got home they charged 150.00 dollars more and when I called they told me that the funds had been released to my bank but would take 7-10 day to receive. Didn’t care too much for that.

I can smoke cigarettes and play. I'd give it 5 stars if the slots weren't so tight on high bets.

Cheesey casino. Spent 2 hours gambling and not one server came over to offer us a drink. 50% of the slots are dated and boring. Not enough variety of tables. Don't recommend.

Poor customer services, bellman girl and front desk. Poor knowledge, front desk, casino employees. But, pool employee friendly and valet parking employees are good.

The rooms would’ve been flawless but there was one issue with the bathrooms there was no ventilation fan so if someone does number two the whole room smells and the second item is that the rooms don’t come with a fridge they charge extra for refrigerator and also it should’ve came with a medical fridge that we requested upon reservation which never came so those are the items that knocked down the star rating. Other than that the room was immaculate. It was a great place great view, clean room everything else was great. The only complaint that I have is that we requested a medical fridge for my diabetic medication and it never came so we called and made that a point to get one and also when we got to the front desk but someone did not bring the fridge to our room, which ended us having an early departure. That is my reading of this location.

Beautiful it was over 30 years since my last visit to Mount Airy. The Casino, Restaurants and especially the rooms were amazing. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

Do not go here unless you are a smoker. Very hard to breathe and no air flow on casino floor. The place basically smells like a smoke filled dive bar. The smoke lingers into the restaurants which in PA it’s illegal to smoke cigerettes in. I feel so bad for the non smoking employees in this place.

Absolute unit of a place! So much to see and do! Room was comfy af, food was bomb af, GUY Fs restaurant was delicious. Try the cheesesteak or the chicken tenders. Came highly recommended from the staff. Which was the best part! Staff was awesome af too! Gambling ain't really in my bag if you get your kicks with bets this place got you covered. You like to hike? I do. Situated in the Poconos. Beautiful. Oh the pool. Do yourself a favor and swim. If you have never went under an indoor outdoor transition in a pool. This place got you! Epic pool! Over all. I'm coming back. Everything was top notch.
