I had been with the company off and on since 2015 I finally left a little over a week ago they are the worst company to work for they don’t offer any paid time off they only gave me one raise after a year of being a supervisor. They cut my overtime way back and put people in the house that were useless. I couldn’t even pay my bills I have. And the list goes on they let family members talk rudely to you like you are retarded and don’t know how to do your job. So don’t work there unless you don’t value your time and want to be treated bad. There are caregivers who come in and sleep or spend most the time on phone or outside smoking don’t clean up leave messes for others. As supervisor I had no support from corporate even if staff were wrote up nothing was done about it. The only people I could stand is Charlotte Overton and Audrey McKnight. They also as a company leave consumers alone for long periods of time. They allow consumers to smoke in house even though it’s a safety risk. They do not do the upkeep of the properties like they are supposed to. They over charge people to live there. And they do not value you the hard workers until it’s to late and they have moved on. Plus years ago I was demoted out of a position because of my sexuality and it was denied.

This company should be shut down. My husband was the ONLY person who consistently did his job and showed up when scheduled. He reported his supervisor for not doing her job and less than 24hrs later they were trying to fire him. They have no protocols to protect employees from retaliation, intimidation, or hostile work environment, in which they all are doing to him, from the HSS to affiliate director. So who do you report to the C. O. O? They do not tell you about the clients, you figure it out as you go which is not safe for the clients. The bosses WILL try to intimidate you. One even deals drugs out of the houses! The other takes so many pain pills she's late. List goes on and on. RUN. Do not work here or put your loved ones here, unless you don't care about them.

Terrible place Kari has a mess on her hands when it comes to staff and she works her staff like slaves! 12-24 hour shifts 5-7 days a week won't work with you to take off the days you told her you can't work ahead of time. She will tell you she will work around your schedule so you hear what you want to then lie and say you no called no showed. Sorry nope told you 3+ plus times
