I’ve been several times for regular cleanings. Everyone is very pleasant. The hygienists do a wonderful job and the cleanings are not nearly as painful as other places I have used. Highly recommend!

Great place. People that work there are friendy. Some people you refer the place to may not think so as much or may not be high classed enough for them. But great for my family and i. Some people just think there better or pefect and there is no one out there that is. I give this place 5 stars.

Mountain Family Dental has been a wonderful place for our entire family. Staff is so friendly and professional. The hygienists are wonderful, and Dr. Lowe is great. Highly recommend!

Every time we go to the dentist, I am so impressed by the staff. Dr Lowe is fine but the women in that office are amazing. The hygienists take their time and make you want to be their friends, the dental assistants are considerate and easy to talk to, and the ladies at the front desk are the nicest, most helpful and accommodating people I’ve ever dealt with - even my kids love them all.

Having a good dentist is important but going to the dentist and knowing you are going to have a great experience and be cared for with such kindness every step of the way sets this place apart.

In short, behind this great dentist and all these is a staff of wonderful women making going to the dentist a pleasant experience (and making sure you’re able to make the most of your dental coverage).

My family has been attending Mountain Family Dental for over 10 years. They are always on time. They accommodate both adults and children very well. We love the service we have received there, and we've referred many friends over the years. They also offer a great annual plan for those without dental insurance.

I've been coming to Mountain Family Dental since 2008. I always refer my family and friends to them as well. I've never had a bad experience there and the staff is always so friendly. I highly recommend going here for all your dental needs.:)

Family has been going for years and always a pleasant, friendly and timely experience. Switched the kids over here a few years back based on our experience and they have no complaints either (the real tough customers)

In mid February I had a crown replaced. A 3D printed cap was put in, much to my surprise. Within 24 hours part of the cap or underlying adhesive fell out, leaving the tooth exposed. I called and without seeing me, I was told it was just part of the external adhesive. It was not. I could stick a fingernail half way under the crown. I was in constant pain day and night, losing sleep. I called and called, wanting a diagnosis, do I need the cap replaced or do I need a root canal? They kept putting me off with one excuse after another. We don't have "seat time" I was told. We'll see you at your next scheduled cleaning, which was over 1 month later! Then the pandemic hit and the office was closed just before the scheduled cleaning. In desperation I finally went and had a root canal, since endodontists were open during pandemic closer. The point is, they had over 1 month before closer to diagnose! June 30, four and one half months after the original cap, I had another cap put in, and it still wasn't done right! The bite is short, and I have to clean food the top of the tooth after every meal. Another concern, most of the work, grinding and fitting was done by a dental hygienist, not the doctor. I finally went to another dentist, who BTW will see me within one week any time I call with an issue. I've had one extraction and another cap replaced without problems.
The irony is, I had previously been pleased with work done at Mountain Family Dental, so I was paying out of pocket, because they are not under my dental plan. $$$ wasted.

I just went for my first visit and during the first few weeks of their post covid-19 opening. What a great group of professionals. Everyone from the front desk, insurance consultant, Maria my hygienist and Dr. Lowe were incredibly friendly, cautious and just made me smile. I made the mistake of going to a large national chain when we first moved here last June. I felt like cattle to them and they were squeezing me for every dime.

Dr. Lowe and his staff were a breath of fresh air and I am so glad that I made the switch. I highly recommend them!

I just had an excellent first visit here as a new patient. The staff was very friendly and the paperwork was easy. The hygienist gave me a terrific clean and was very aware of my comfort level at all times. Timely, professional, great communication AND what seems to be a very nice group of people.

I was seen very promptly and the hygienist was very nice and thorough. The dentist didn’t seem to be all that interested and I saw him for all of 5 seconds. They are also not able to accommodate scheduling appointments every 6 months because are overbooked. When I pointed out that this didn’t entirely make sense to me, I was met with close to disdain.

So I have never been here, but I will say that this office has now hit the bottom of my list from the total lack of professionalism in the replies the facility has left to reviews.
