Horrible service! No one at the front desk. Online says they have rooms available but when you show up they have no one at the desk and random guests answering questions.

Had a very bad experience. This place was not as advertised. None of the amenities like restaurant, bar, spa, golf, etc were functional. There will be no room service. The management did a very poor job of double booking and assigning the same room. Our room was also assigned to another couple and suddenly they barged in 12 am midnight. It was an absolute nightmare. And we couldn't even call the reception as the intercom was not working. On total there might be only 4 staff working in the entire resort. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This was a big scam. If the management wants to rent, they should clearly mention only the available features and not deceive people.

STAY AWAY. SCAM! This hotel is a dumpster fire. I brought in a group in January. They had not paid a heating bill so they had the heat shut off. They barely got the heat on in time, but it still took a long time for the heat to get started and a lot of my guess slept without heat. The ballroom that they were supposed to arrange was not set up, and also had new heat. Many rooms were still dirty from the previous guests and had no room service in there to change the sheets or clean out the garbages. Management is completely unresponsive and it appears like the owners inexperienced nephew is trying to run the place, very incompetently. Neither me, or any of my guests would stay there even if it was offered for free.

Something was broken in all the rooms (toilet, shower, doors and etc), in pool was cold water and in jacuzzi children found mold!

This place used to be decent.now it's horrendous (under new management of course).

ROOMS NOT CLEANED FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS (can't make this up!). Leaks in bedrooms. No heat. Unresponsive management. It's comical how bad this "resort" is.

Better sleep in your car.

I would avoid this place unless you need a budget stay and you’re willing to make some compromises.
This place has seen it’s hay day - I’m guessing it was ten+ years ago. Lights flicker in the cigarette scented halls. Dust and old stains linger in the rooms. There’s nothing on TV - other than that creepy white static a la “The Ring”. There’s trash in the halls and stairwells, and shady characters yelling in the middle of the night.
The spa is closed, the restaurant is closed, etc. This place probably needs a million dollar investment to be brought up to a decent standard.
The good: nice views, friendly staff.

I am disappointed to report that the hotel I booked with turned out to be fraudulent. Despite having a working website, the hotel does not actually exist, and I was unable to stay there. This is a clear case of fraud, and it is concerning that they are still able to accept bookings.

If you have had a similar experience, I would advise you to take action by reporting the issue to the relevant authorities, such as the local police or consumer protection agency. Additionally, you should contact the website where you made the booking, as well as your bank or credit card company, to see if they can help you resolve the issue.

To avoid falling victim to similar scams in the future, it is essential to do thorough research before making any reservations. This includes reading reviews from other customers, checking the hotel's website for contact information, and verifying that the hotel is a legitimate business with a physical location. Taking these steps will help you make informed decisions when booking accommodations and avoid fraudulent websites.

So I knew based on the star rating that it wasn't going to be a super nice hotel but I'm not picky and we just needed a place to stay while in town. But there were a few issues. First the good parts. Great location. Right next to the freeway. Gas station nearby and plenty of fast food locations. The room also comes with a small kitchen and a patio area.

Now the bad. So the place definitely needs some upgrades. A few potholes they need to fix on the way in. And there are no lights so you cant see them until you are up on them. So we were on the second floor. We noticed on the way down the stairs that there were buckets set up to catch water because the ceiling was leaking. And the carpet was badly stained. Then we get to the room. It was pretty nice. Large bed. But the full refrigerator but the freezer was full of ice that had melted on the bottom that was dirty. Which made me not want to try the ice in the ice trays. Then on the 2nd day the shower water pressure was non existent and would barely come out of the nozzle. And the water was only very warm and wouldn't get hot. And the shower head dripped constantly the whole time we were there. So at night if u had the bathroom door open you could hear the water running. Then the toilet clogged with nothing in the toilet. Both power plugs next to the bed do not work. The plates in the cabinet were dirty with food still on them.

Overall it has potential. It looks nice but one by one the issues kept popping up so this is my honest review.

STAY AWAY! I am a timeshare owner and I believe they closed our timeshare without informing us and we are out of money unless we sue. The resort is unsafe, dirty, no hot water and not at all as the images portray. I would give zero stars if allowed. Do not book here or waste your money. RUN RUN RUN and if you go you will see what I am saying just by the parking lot pavement. It is a DUMP!

The four stars does not tell you everything. Most of the things you see on their website are under renovation or are run down. The tennis court is overgrown. The game room and gym were closed. There is no dining room, breakfast or bar. Not even coffee. Upside_ The staff was kind. The view out of our room was beautiful with a lake. We had a balcony in our room. The staff said our room was renovated. We did have a new bed that was comfortable. This hotel was very understaffed.

If I could rate this hotel a 0, I would. The pictures are fake, and the hotel hardly looks like that at all. The hotel is practically falling apart, in terms of the building itself, as well as management. There was an event being hosted at this hotel that my family and I were attending. The hotel was basically reserved for our event. The rooms were booked back in December, and they even allowed everyone to choose what room they would like. When the time came, we got to the hotel, and the front desk was a complete mess. Multiple families were getting sent into the same room, people were getting sent into rooms with no bathrooms, and people were getting into rooms that were completely being renovated. The main worker/boss did not seem to care at all that his hotel management was a mess and his business was falling apart. Finally, after waiting in line for 3 hours due to their "technical difficulties" and ridiculously long, inconveniently timed, lunch break in the middle of a huge mess, we got to the front desk to have them tell us they had no more rooms available. They gave us a piece of paper with the address of what I assume is a sister hotel, The Poconos Resort and Conference Center. This hotel was empty, dark, and practically shut down, but somehow, guests that arrived after we did were told they were at total capacity and were sent to another hotel 20 miles away. The parking lot was empty, and there was no one in sight. Both of these hotels are complete scams! We were not offered any discount for the inconvenience that they caused. Absolutely ridiculous.
