Excellent experience. Everyone very friendly and efficient, all Covid aware and appropriate. Jim and Kevin were both excellent, good evaluations, good exercises and good motivation. I feel much improved as a result and I am able to do many of the exercises at home. Would definitely recommend and I would return in the future.

I'm very displease with the service I'm receiving with Ms Jodi. Filling out my disability forms for my disability so my claims can be process so I can receive my money i paid into just for these times I get sick. I been told by staff there, they have been talking about my paperwork. I've been out of work sense jan 19,2021. The first set of papers was filled out for a week. And I'm still out i have been Patient I'm getting negative vibes about this situation, like I'm the problem. I don't want any problems i just want my paperwork fill out and be fair
About Estimate return date going back to work not a week at a time. I pray I don't have to go thru this again.

Look elsewhere! Was told I needed emergent back surgery ASAP so I went through with it even though I was given little explanation of what to expect post op. Day of surgery the physician gave me a 20 minute talk on addiction. Afterwards my discharge instructions were wrong, my nurse was asking about my walker and they were trying to admit me when I was told it was same day surgery. The doctor had already went home for the day so they had to call the office. Went home and started recovery. I’m not a medication taker to be honest. I messaged them via portal to find out when I can start taking ibuprofen and no answer. Had my first follow up today and the doctor was in emergency surgery which I get. I waited over an hour to be seen which again as a nurse who has worked on days where staffing was tough I get. I didn’t complain. Had my x ray and saw Susan Rubin the PA. She was rude and mocked my answers to questions. When I reported my concern with tingling when sleeping her only response was that it was because I was not taking one of the medications. She literally made so many rude faces I was shocked. When I explained my concern about taking the medication one fact being that If I were to develop side effects I did not feel the office would get back to me in a timely manner she shook her head and said “I don’t think so but whatever”. She looked at my bandage and left. Saw me for 5 minutes and argued with me over a med, didn’t provide any education, and didn’t even try to explain to me what I can do instead of taking the med.she didn’t even tell me the results of my X-ray! Didn’t educate me on the upcoming weeks healing post op, none of it. I hate to use the I’m a nurse card but I am and it takes a few minutes to provide education for a patient and to show some bedside manner. So now I’m at home waiting for them to call back to tell me my X-ray results and answer the questions that she was too busy to answer. Try st Luke’s comprehensive spine place. If I wasn’t told it was such an emergency, I would have went there. The other staff that work there like Amanda Collins and another woman whose name escapes me, are running around there working so hard to manage all the patients, they are very kind and do seem to listen to patient concerns.

Wow! What a professional place. I would highly recommend. John Paglia, MD Is extremely professional. I made appointment a 11 am and was seen and REPAIRED by 2: 30.

Doctor Barnes was great. Was very nice and polite. I was given a cortisone injection in my hand and he made it pleasant and told me stories and made me relax. He is a great doctor and knows what he's talking about. He explained and drew out on paper exactly what was wrong with my hand.

Dr. Compnovo is a great physican, who is very knowledgeable and provides exceptional patient care.

Amazing staff & doctors! In & out, including x-rays & a cortisone injection in 45 minutes. I don't think I've ever had an appointment that quick! Friendly staff, professional & love the use of online paperwork done on Ipads, perfect for patients with hand trouble! Will return in two weeks for my other wrist and cannot wait to get it done.

Came in today appearing with no appointment to see Dr Barnes. I was squeezed in and saw Dr Barnes, who treated me as if I had a normal appt, meaning he gave me his normal amount of time, as if I had an appt. He then arranged for me to have 2 procedures in the main building, where I was tested promptly.

Love Dr. Barnes. The staff is awesome. Glad I can now go to MVO in the West End, closer to home.
