Said they were playing the movie smile tonight at 9: 50 and here I am at the doors 9: 53 to buy a ticket and they won’t open the doors. Don’t ever come here, they promote movies that they won’t show you and are rude about it. Pretty sad for a theatre that looks like it needs all the customers they can get.

Even while doing renovations this movie theatre is good. Their prices are good for a theatre. I watched Halloween ends and was impressed by the auditorium. Good experience all around. Parking is superb. Conveniently located by a number of other attractions. I have always loved this location for a movie theatre! Keep it up!

There is a very funny group of girls who work there; one of them was blond with gold framed glasses, the other had brown hair. Super helpful and very funny; made my day. Keep up the good vibes!

It sounded like they were working on the building because I couldn't hear dialogue a few times, and then there was a strong chemical smell in the theater

Unfortunately there wasn't a way for them to know when the theater/movie was sold out. They weren't prepared and it was choatic, lol.they vouched for us to watch the movie at the next showing. A free drink or topping off our popcorn would have made it a nice touch, since we had to wait for an hour with small children. Nice to have something in our area that's affordable for families! Thank you!

They have a great $5 movie deal with a small popcorn. You have to remind the staff each time about the popcorn. They have a display area with mostly boxes of supplies, looks terrible and tacky.

Nice theater that's making a great comeback under new ownship. It's nice to see people coming back to the movies. Also the staff is very pleasant.

The Blonde hair girl with the gold frame glasses was rude and unprofessional to me and my children. I believe that she was more worried about the boys that she was working with. Would not recommend going to her to get tickets

Have always had a great experience with all the staff. Grace remembers me from The Regal and she knows what snacks I get, always very professional.

We were told to go to theater 3 and our movie was showing in theater 10. Needed a little more help with the rush going into movie theater.

My wife and I went to the Butler theatre on this past Saturday.
Theatre #2 was very cold, went to the desk and a young girl was very willing to try to help us - My wife and I and anther movie goer. After the movie was over I went to the desk again where a girl with glasses and an attitude told me heating was fixed - at this point the original first girl said sorry she could not make the changes. Bring your coats.
My wife and I will be going to the Westgate Theatre in New Castle until we see a lot of changes in Butler.

A bit different from Regal but still the same professional routine, just a little easier and less intimidating. The theatre itself is fine with lights on the floor and the sides of the wall, just the one speaker inside seemed to be crackling or blown out and it kinda took away from the movie. Other than that, comfy seats and roof for drinks and popcorn.

Nothing will ever replace the experience of going to a theater and watching a movie. Its clean, the staff are friendly, and the movies are projected in very good quality. This play is not out of those world but its a good theater overall.

My movie experience was great. The Batman sounded and looked amazing. However. Grace. The cashier. Really turned me off. She was rude and made smart remarks towards me and my girlfriend. And also gave the customers in front is a very dirty look, and practically threw their money at them. If you want this place to thrive again. Fire Grace. Her attitude does not fit the environment, as I do not want to be insulted and made fun of, before watching a great movie.

I will never come back to this theater. 4 trips to food counter. 1 to ask for the movie to be started (10 minutes after the advertised start time). 2 Trips to ask to have the lights turned off after the movie started by me and another trip by my Fiancé only to be told there’s nothing they can do. This came from the manager. All employees were sitting on their cell phones. The popcorn was cold and clearly had been popped MANY hours prior.

Not worth the trip. Better off when it was a regal. Didn't even make it in for a movie. Left before buying a ticket as we were turned off by the young lady who tried to wait on us.
