Worse customer service in town. The older lady is the worse of all of them up there. Don't bother going in on a smoke break! She'll get mad about having to get up and wait on you. I miss some of the older employees there. The old lady needs to retire or get better at her job.
I love Moxham Deli because the food is awesome! Sue makes sure everything runs smoothly all the time!
They need to learn how to make subs, it was horrible. It was excellent when previous owner had it. More friendly also.
Got my first Italian sub with NO CHEESE.guess I have to tell them subs have cheese.i know this cuz we use to own a sub shop for almost 25 years.not the friendliest group either.oh.and I asked for pep instead of ham an got upcharged? ! Ham cost more than pep.wont be back

The cashiers could be a bit nicer sometimes but all in all its a decent corner store and the prices r not outragous
What’s the worst place for customer service in Johnstown? This store right here! The cashier had an atrocious demeanor and acted like I was such an inconvenience to her. I will never step foot in this establishment again. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
This place will go out of the way to lose your business. Treat u like garbage. Dont bother going in if there is a lady smoking outside. You have been warned!
Horrible experience i will absolutely not be returning. I suppose I was holding her up from her smoke break because I was was rushed to check out. I was reading the menu about to order breakfast until I noticed her demeanor. The woman there is very rude and over charge so make sure you a receipt of your purchase. She followed me out the store to have a cigarette. I guess that's more important than your customers.
Love their subs and linguini salad. They also prepare deserts and other food they keep cold you can take home. Deff my #1 place to get a sub.
After ordering two subs finding the bread moldy we can have a remake not a refund whom can have moldy food and still want to eat it
