I didn’t actually end up purchasing a car here, or anywhere honestly. Decided to stick with what I have. But I have to say that the people here are really great, specifically Dana. She set me up last minute with a test drive and even let me take the vehicle home for the night to see if it was the right fit. Props to this dealership for being more than what I’m used to.

Went with noise complained 1st time they told me its because of snow tires and i knew that was nothing to do with it then i change my tires and upgrade my rims to 20 inch Original Nissan Titan XD wheels and tires i drove noise still there and i called made appointment they found out that left wheel hub was making that noise.they fixed that noise and since i upgraded my wheels from regular wheel to alloy wheels they said my lug nuts are small it need uprated as well i said ok they give me price $12 pc when i went online Nissan dealer i found that was around $6 pc and i said i will change it when i get home just put them back in
they put everything back in on hand tight i drove less then 1 mile wheels start making noise i knew that because of lose lug nuts.i had to pull over and tighten them up with my tools since wasnt tighten properly wheel and lug nut eat up my 4 studs.i changed wheels day before taking into shop and i drove around close to 100 miles wheel did not come lose but when technician put that wheels back on to the truck it didnt last for mile.also they got my signature saying that i am aware of the wrong lug nut being on that truck and its not recommended to drive.okay now interesting point then how come technician take that the same truck after repairs with the same lug nuts to test drive.so you guys dont follow safety policy all the way.because they knew it was wrong type lug nuts according to technician and service adviser but after repairs they took it to test drive.it would be fine if they tighten them properly

Everyone was awesome and made me feel like a part of the family! Michael, Frankie and Robert were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable! Everything was done in under an hour. To be honest, my previous 3 cars were from Toyota and the 1st 5 oil changes were free. $100 for my 2023 rogues 1st oil change and tire rotation is a bit high.

Great experience at Nissan of Wernersville in getting our late model car. Carson was our sales specialist and he took care of us from beginning to end of the transaction. It was so nice to find someone who loves cars as much as us. He went over all the details of the car to get us acquainted with the features. The paperwork was handled by Rob from the Finance department and likewise he made it very seamless and easy to get in the car. They’ll always be a first choice in the future.
