Me and my family love to camp here, they are very friendly, they make us feel like we're family when we are there, and the fishing is great, they keep the trout pond stocked up, very reasonable prices.

To start off, they don't maintain it. There is seaweed in all three of the ponds. Lots. Everything is aged and un maintained, and on top of that, it costs you to get in! In addition, the fish in here are very skittish, so as soon as your bait hits the water or as soon as you approach, the fish will run away. The only thing I could catch after 3 hours here is a single bluegill. Do not count on me ever returning.

Words can't describe. You have to see to believe. Looks like something from Friday the 13th

I’ve been trying to catch some trout for awhile now and I wanted to check this place out but had a few questions. Are you able to catch and release the fish? Or do you have to keep and pay for the fish that you catch? And are you able to come here just to fish or is there a fee before fishing?

I took my grandson who has been itching to catch a trout. Everyone was so nice and helpful. He caught 4 trout within a hour. We gave 2 away and kept 2. The woman working there helped and taught Dylan to filet the trout. We can home and cooked them for dinner. Nothing better. Great place to go.

Never a bad day of fishing here. Rain or shine, the fish are biting! The people who run it are sweethearts and couldn't be more helpful. Great place for fishing and camping.

The place is a dump. Lake full of weeds. Campground just a dirt circle and you are on top of everybody. Drove in and couldn't get out fast enough. You couldn't pay me to camp there

It was ok but the lake was really slimy and when you fish your hook gets stuck on EVERYTHING you can imagine. The bathrooms were closed due to COVID but they spelled it “Clovid ” Lol whatever that means. All I can say is that we got there and were dissapointed

Great place for kids to learn to fish. They stock a trout pond. Kids always get a few bites. My boys had a wonderful time.

We reserved a night for November third. I was told they would be open and would call me the morning of the reservation. I never received a call and we called both numbers multiple times with no answer but given that the answering machine message still said someone was there just busy on the property we figured it was ok to show up. When we showed up there was a car there and someone that stopped by said it was the caretaker of the property and he was probably sleeping. We stayed for 30 minutes waiting to see and honked and knocked and no one came out. We didn’t feel safe setting up a tent in the area without checking in, all of the RVs they had there looked abandoned and not touched for weeks. We ended up having to last minute find another campground over an hour away that was still open on our route this late in the year. Gun shots going on in the background made our dog very nervous as well. Would not go back and would not recommend.

Fishing Used To Be good, its not anymore, its way to over fished.the only way to catch fish is by cheating and using the trout pond and 4.50 A Trout is way to much. Its not worth paying an admission fee.

This place is totally run down. I would even say creepy. You can tell no one cares anymore. The website makes it look 10x better than it really is. I bet it was great 20+ years ago, not so much anymore.

This place is great if you enjoy being on top of people. All the campsites are in one circle like a cul-de-sac and there is nothing dividing each other campsite so it’s really good if you’re a super social person and want to meet all 20 of your neighbors in one night.
