I will absolutely use Mr. Appliance in the future if I should ever need to. They were so fast in setting me up with a technician and getting our issue fixed. Mo was amazing, quick, and efficient! Such professionalism from this company, I highly recommend!

This is the kind of repair company that every one wants to find! The phone receptionist was very courteous, gave me the exact information I needed, and scheduled a service repair call for two days later. The day before the service man was due to show up he sent me a text of his window of arrival, which was a two hour window, not a four, six, or eight hour window like so many other companies like to give. The repairman showed up within 15 minutes of when the clock started ticking on that arrival window. He sent me another text just before arrival stating he would be there within minutes. He was very courteous and polite and quickly diagnosed the problem with my washer. He gave me an upfront quote of what it would cost to repair my washer and the steps he would need to take to do so with no sales pitch. I was pleased with how quickly a repair call was scheduled, by the consistent and timely, communication, and the timely arrival of the repairman to my home. In a day and age when customer service can be severely lacking, this company gets excellent marks from me for its great customer service, communication, and promptness. I will definitely be calling Mr. Appliance of Delaware Valley for any future repairs!

Ignacio, the technician that serviced my dryer was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He had my dryer diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. They were very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Ed from Mr. Appliance was kind & professional. Even though I didn’t use his service for my repair, I appreciated his honesty when it came to the diagnostics of my unit. I would definitely consider using this company again in the future for any other appliance repair. The diagnostic fee was a pick steep; though, if I elected to service the repair the fee would have gone to the cost of the total repair.

My ice maker and water dispenser broke on my fridge. They are able to come out quickly to diagnose the problem. The part required came fast and they were able to install it with no issues. Wollf, the service professional that did all the repair work was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely be calling Mr. Appliance again in the future!

The technician was awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. The person on the phone was misleading as she stated that the initial fee of 150 would go away if I agreed to get the service done which wasn't the case. Three tech even informed her that was incorrect.

Our repair man, Daniel, was on time, friendly, and extremely helpful. He diagnosed our issue quickly and helped us make an informed decision about whether to go through with a repair or purchase a new dishwasher. He talked us through which brands tend to last longer and why, and even recommended local independent appliance stores that would have good options for us. Highly recommend.

I used their service for diagnostics for my dishwasher malfunction. I did not use their service due to miscommunication. However, I would definitely mention that the customer service reverted back and apologized for the inconvenience.

The technician was very nice and explained what would cause our error code. He was able to get it cleared with theoug trouble shooting.
He even checked for future reference what repairs would cost. Sadly the parts are no longer available to fix our dishwasher going forward. So we will hope for the best and replace if necessary.

My technician, Ed was a great guy. Showed up early, diagnosed issue quickly and gave me several options as solutions to the problem. He was honest and knowledgeable and I will recommend him to everyone I know! (Can I give more than 5 stars? !)

It’s a sad day when I need to write a bad review of a company, a company that I’ve had other good experiences with but I need the public to be warned. My LG washer stopped functioning. I called Mr Appliance to come out and take a look. They spent 15 minutes with me and said that that I needed a direct drive motor. They suggested I call LG as it may be covered under warranty. I called and it was. For days I got caught in misinformation from Mr Appliance with finally someone telling me that their policy changed and they no longer get involved with parts covered under warranty. They should have said this upfront when I scheduled. This was a huge headache as LG needed to them to authorize the new parts. The woman at the office wouldn’t even take one minute to listen to what’s needed from LG to resolve this. What was needed from them was so simple. Even LG was baffled by this and will change their record of the company to not work with them as an authorized company any longer. They put me on hold, then hung up on me. I was on the phone for over 1 hour one time and had to call back and restart the process. I’ve called and emailed no less than 8 times.
Do not work with Mr Appliance. They take your money ($150), time, have no responsibility to follow through, no up front sharing of critical information and provide conflicting information that had me going in circles.

It was very easy to schedule service. My technician Paul was on time and very helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the replacement parts. I received the parts 2 days later and it was again easy to schedule the repair. Paul returned to quickly replace the broken part and bring the washer back to working order. He offered some additional information and help while reviewing the washer. Overall very satisfied with my experience!

Ed from Mr Appliance was able to stop by within just a few days of calling about a non-critical dryer issue, and he quickly and expertly diagnosed the issue and performed the necessary work.

Would happily recommend Mr Appliance for service calls and repairs.

A technician (Ed) arrived within a few hours of my request for service, diagnosed and gave me a price for repair within 20 minutes of his arrival. He was timely, very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I opted not to do the repair due to the age of my washer.

Called Mr Appliance for a refrigerator drawer that is freezing. They sent someone out the same day. The person on the phone told me the service fee would be $150plus tax and that would go toward the repair if I choose to have them repair it. No drama and clear communications cation. I got the text and then Ed showed up. Nice guy, my dog even liked him. He diagnosed the issue, left me a quote and zero pressure to fix it. He told me I have 30 days to let them know and they’ll order the parts and apply the $150 diagnosis. I love no nonsense business interactions. I would definitely call them again.

I was somewhat concerned about using Mr.appliance, based on old reviews, but they were recommended by Bosch to repair my microwave. Their communication was great. They constantly let me know. Where was the technician, who is the technician and when the technician will arrive. Woolf was very professional, thorough, helpful and did an excellent repair. Highly recommend, and would use this firm, especially Woolf, again.

Diagnosed problem immediately (bad evaporator fan). Did not have in truck but got one from main office same day. Cleaned up afterwards and willing to explain repair. My first time using them—a very good experience.

Although we had to wait over a weekend for 2ND phase of repair,
both Ed and Brian were top notch. Good communications as to what we could expect. Neat, efficient, service. Even wore shoe covers! We received notification as to when the Technician was to arrive at our home. The work was high level, for a complicated problem (coolant leak - location to be determined -they intend to com back for this). This company inspired confidence in the job well done!
