Mr. Magic Car Wash - Wexford reviews
15I'm already missing Jerry's car wash. Drove through Cranberry Mr Magic yesterday and the blow dryer at the end of the wash is like going through a hurricane it actually lifted my windshield wipers up off of the glass. And even though I paid for the wheelblaster my wheels and tires still aren't clean. The vacuums are nice and work well but you don't get as much time as you did from Jerry's. They don't towel dry your car at the end: (
Fast and easy. Quality wash. Wish they had towels outside of the vacuums so we could finish drying the car to avoid spots.
I am pleased to see how nice the flow is. There is someone there to help you figure out what you want in your wash. My car was clean and dry when I came out. I emphasize on dry. The vacuum is free and you they have good suction. I am impressed.
I like the convenience of this place and the speed of it but the tire wheels never get cleaned well. I miss the hand dyers too
Automatic car wash didn't work properly. The staff was helpful and let me go through a second time for free. Nice place
I would never use this car wash for anything. Incompetent staff and owners. If you drive anything bigger than a barbie car, don't bother.
Had my car washed at the new Cranberry and the Wexford Car wash. Both times the wash wasn’t satisfactory. The front of my car and the roof remained really dirty. They need to adjust their wash to get those areas or they will loose customers.
The vacuums are really strong.
I pay for unlimited monthly washes. I am very pleased with how the equipment cleans my car. I do miss the towel dry.
Great carwash for my Ford F150 cleans my wheels btr than any other carwashes!
I do have two wishes that have! One person like you did a few years ago drying off the leftover rinse water exiting the car wash. Also the spinning brush always flips my side passenger mirror forward and I have to stop somewhere to flip it back to the original position. Would be nice if they can adjust the spinning brush to where it would stop flipping my mirror forward. I'm sure this happens to a number of trucks! Thank you
We used to go here all the time when it was Jerrys and they did a great job. Since this switched hands we just stopped and got the top package and still have a ton of bug guts all over the windshield after paying $25 for a wash. Not worth the money at all.
Jerry's was great. Mr. Magic gives terrible wash. Soap dripping off back of my car and the dryers don't dry your windows and mirrors. The bug guts remain on my windows. If I am going to have to wash my windshields and mirrors when I get home, might as well wash the whole car. The only positive I have to say is the convenience and improvement of the self serve vacuums. But the wash itself is terrible.
If you no longer provide interior service remove it from your website. The auto car wash is fine, but nothing special versus other locations, but I went there for the interior add on to be told, “nope, we don’t do that no more”.
Definitely not as good as it was with the hand tire shine and towel dry. I’ve gone through twice in the past two months and have had soap not fully rinsed off the back, tires 50% clean at best, mirrors still dirty. This place went from the best to the worst in the area IMO.
Loved the old service when it was Jerry’s. Now it’s Mr Magic or some garbage. No more towel dry andy car comes out just as dirty. Going to cancel my membership.
Dissatisfied & disappointed.
Not as good under new ownership. Sys doesn’t completely dry car and they’ve eliminated the human towel dryers who added a nice personal touch and did a great job. Too bad they don’t care as much about providing a great customer experience. Now like all the other automated systems.
