Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers, Charleroi PA

Made an online appointment and had confirmation that I had one. When I showed up tires where not there. Said they would have to order them and would not be DONE TILL 3. Very Very Disappointed with there service. Will not be going back and DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Did receive a call from them today that they have the tires and to give them a call. At least they have made an effort to rectify the situation and happy with that. But have made arrangements to go Elsewhere

I needed my car inspected within a short time window and they got it done for me - a first time customer. Very friendly and I will definitely be back.

Stopped there today for a battery for my son’s car. I have to say I have worked retail for many many years and I was so impressed with the customer service and the experience the staff provided. I was always told there are no honest mechanics out there to find. Until I stumbled onto this place in charleroi. The team here particular of manager Mark P. And Mike and etc. Define honest mechanic. I got a used car from a dealer and these guys did a free inspection of my car. But no fault of anyone's the engine light went off which is scary luckily it was just misfiring so it needed new spark plugs. I was very impressed when I was shown that the previous owner had electrical tape around an engine coil that needed to be repaired and.other mechanics might have just put the plug on and coil back and enjoyed the sales it would cost as the car began to have more major problems. Not this place they not only fixed coil and spark plugs properly and the coil they worked with us and the warreny to get my refunds on the repair. To me that is the definition of an honest mechanic.and company
to get the job done professionally and cost effectively as well.

Mr. Tire Auto Service Center in Charleroi, PA did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. I received a new tie rod, control arm, and alignment. All parts were sourced that day within 5 hours after dropping it off. Mark was very nice and helpful. I recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a skilled mechanic and multiple car repairs. I value their quality of service and definitely plan on returning for future repairs. Thank you!

Pros: Great quick service, was able to schedule my appointment online the night prior.
The tire protection is also well worth it.

Cons: the online form says they offer free mounting, balance and tire rotation.
However this is not true. The desk guy was nice enough to explain this before I moved forward with anything.

I had a flat tire on my back from Michigan driving to NJ. I pulled off the highway and found my way to Mr. Tire. I explained my situation and asked if they would be able to help me. They checked my tire and found a nail. They repaired it and I was back on the road in about an hour. The staff were so nice and accommodating. I was so lucky to have found them.

This place is an absolute ripoff he tried to tell me for a 2014 Toyota RAV4 my brake pads which sell at AutoZone for $40 are going to be $200 to $300 and rotors would be 500 this guy is an absolute ripoff do not take your vehicle here ever for any reason!

I went to have a tire fixed and the issue was hard to find. The technician took the time to do the repair right and was considerate of my schedule. Good experience.

I brought 4 tires from mr.tire in Charleroi. I got a flat and had to go to Walmart because they where close by. Upon do I so they inform me one of my tires where to small. They replaced both tires. I went to mr.tire spoke with Mark the manager about the tire that was two small, he told they put in a refund for me and it would take 6 weeks for my refund, I waited the 6 weeks still no refund. Called back to mr.tire spoke again with Mark the manger, he lied said he will call corporate and see what’s going on! Again a lie. Called back to speak with Mark he mows says he did not get a tire from me and counted his inventory and it all comes up right.why would I go through all the trouble if I was living. I will never use them for any repairs. They are crocks and liters… beware, check your tire sizes before you leave…

Excellent service great establishment would be nice if they had beverages or vending machines for the customers

Price was a lot more than Toyota dealership plus I was not given a multi point inspection list
