Everytime I walk into Mr tire for car repairs, I never leave disappointed! The accuracy on what repairs are needed plus the price charged is always fair, unlike other shops. Levi the manager is always nice, helpful and hands on when needed, the mechanic Tiff is outstanding and quick on all repairs done on my car. I will continue to support and send others to this shop! Great job done by an awesome team. Thanks again

I'm so disappointed in the assumptions made by the tech simply because I had a silverrock warranty through Carvana. After my car was evaluated, he called to tell me they would never cover this. Little did this man, with his pompous tone, know I had the premiere warranty, and this would most certainly be covered. I wasted no more energy with this business and simply agreed to come get my vehicle. Ask more questions and make fewer assumptions. You don't know me or my spending power. I chose your shop above all others under the assumption that others spoke so highly of your shop.

Now i must say that it isn't all doom and gloom at this shop. The woman who called me early in the morning to advise to come early in so they could take care of me the same day is a gem. Thanks for looking out.

This is my 3rd time here and Levi is an absolute blessing. The entire staff is amazing.friendly and efficient. As a woman I feel sometimes u heard in these spaces but not here! Great prices, and excellent service.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and importantly - honest. They have been there for years and provide great service at a reasonable price. Our go to place for any of our vehicle service needs and will definitely refer family and friends. It is difficult to find reliable honest mechanics-search no further; this is the place. We’ve been there a couple times and they now have loyal customer.

Price gouging at its finest!
Took my car for an inspection and oil change and $191 later I got my car back. $116 for an oil change! The oil they used cost $26 so you tell me how that turned into $116!? ! They will NEVER get my business or my families business again that's for sure!
I will not go get quotes from other businesses as the job is already done. You're missing the point! Why are you charging so much over what the actual oil costs? You do know people have Google and can check prices, right?

We were treated as close family…they took the time, carefully listening to us and explained what they will investigate. They then explained in detail the cause and repair but also took the time to review other areas that they looked into as a precaution to our safety and the reliability of our vehicle. This allowed us to plan for now and the future.

Their knowledge and the ability to help you is what any family needs…for this I am greatly appreciative and highly recommend them to everyone……10+ stars

I have been bringing my car to Mr tire for the last 9/10 years and they have always had excellent service and excellent staff. Very professional, they are very keen to making sure that you understand about your car in layman terms. They're willing to work with you. I highly recommend Mr. Tire for all your automotive needs.

Went for an oil change and on the website it come with a free tire rotation, and a free courtesy check. All i got for free was lies saying they checked the tires didn’t need to be rotated. Why offer something you are not willing to do? Horrible service

Great work and great customer service. Very helpful people here. Very honest if you're worried about getting taken for overpriced work on your car. Give this place a try highly recommend it.

Do not EVER go here. Went for a flat tire. They replaced my flat with the spare, put my flat tire in the trunk and charged me for a brand new tire. Complete CROOKS!

All the workers were very very nice and very very courteous I would definitely go back there again I would recommend this Mr.tire store to anybody they are very very nice and very very honest the work was exceptionally good

Called this place because I needed a new tire after a pretty bad flat. Got me in that day, installed the new tire within a half an hour and the price was VERY reasonable for a good tire. People couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. They made a stressful situation very easy.

I finished work in the morning (I work overnight) and came out to a flat. Coworkers changed my tire for me. I brought the tire here and they were able to repair it and put it back on and put my spare back under my vehicle. I was here for less than an hour and they did not try to dupe me and also charged very reasonably. Definitely recommend!

Service was terrible
guys all sitting behind desk watching TV telling me i had to wait n hour till they could do a patch on my tire for tiny pin hole.said would last life of tire. Didn't last 24hrs.went back and said did best they could tried getting me to buy new tire.so I plugged it myself.waste of 30$ ND time

This place wasted my time twice. I made an appointment to get new tires online. I arrive at the shop at the time I booked an appointment, only for them to tell me that they don't have employees still at that time and I have to come back another day (and they didn't contact me about this before I drove to the shop). Ok, that's fine, mistakes happen. I come back a few days later, and they tell me that the tires I booked on the website they don't have and all they have is these other tires that were significantly more expensive. I left without tires because they failed to notify me of any of this anytime, even when I was already there a few days before!

1st time using them and quite impressed. Seemed very honest. Had an inspection and did not state things failed.only thing mentioned is breaks was on cusp and I knew that going in. They also gave me a coupon even tho I did not have one. Will def going back
