M&T Bank, Hanover Township PA

I'm a new M&T customer, satisfied with banking services - all good.

But I am also very grateful for what an M&T employee did for me. Shannon Farrone, at the Crossroads branch. I was in need of notary services recently. My Wife passed and there were very important documents she notarized on two occasions. Willing to receive a fax from funeral home, medical records, etc.with patience & kindness. If M&T monitors social media, Shannon deserves a shout-out for going above & beyond for a customer in need.

After 20 years with M&T I'm closing my accounts after 12 hours of UNAVAILABLE ONLINE BANKING. UNACCEPTABLE FOR A 120 BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY.

Always pleasant staff. Tough to run a bank with budget cuts. Info platform and familiar faces gone. Still, I like this bank. Manager is very responsive and helpful to solve problem I had with bad electronic transaction from another bank. Very reassuring.

Never a pleasant or easy experience at this branch. Also it seems everyone is quite rude and almost looks down on you if you come in as a man with dirty hands and a blue collar job. Pnc is better
