MT Building Services reviews
2 We contracted with MT Building Services to do an energy audit of our home. Based on the audit, we decided the best course of action was to add insultation to our attic and air seal the knee-wall area. The MT Building Services crew arrived promptly in the morning, did more work than expected and did not charge us more than the initial quote.
Since MT's work was completed, our electric use is down 10-15%, even though we've had record high temperatures for the Central Pennsylvania area. The kids actually complain that the house is to cold, something that never happened before. We are running are air conditioner less, keeping the temp set higher, but having a more comfortable house thanks to MT's work.
