Mt. Lebanon Internal Medicine, Bethel Park PA

Was a patient of one doctor who was ok but retired. Then next visit saw a very helpful doctor who shortly after left the practice. My recent visit was with a doctor who instructed me to stay on my current medication. Problem is they didnt send in an order. No refills. These people are not answering the pharmacy requests that have been sent twice in four days. Cant get through to an actual person on the phone.

My son has a significant disability. He was scheduled for surgery after needing clearance from the PCP after scheduling surgery date called for H&P, enduring caustic behavior from the nurse of this office, the paperwork was never sent to AGH so Dr Lorraine Callen & Dr Barbosa had to cancel my sons much needed procedure
Something has dramatically changed in this office and it’s not for Good

I was a patient of Dr V for years. One day I received a letter telling me she was no longer with the group and nobody was taking on her patients and to find a new PCP. Unbelievable!
