Jamie’s service has been unreal. I’m sure it’s unusual because I live closer to his business, but he stopped by and grabbed my ps5 from my house, after a multiple hour drive. Has just gone above and beyond. Couldn’t ask for more. Sends you picture through the entire process. Thanks Jamie.

Went above and beyond to repair the ps5. The board had broken pads on the hdmi port and he was able to repair them all. Almost certain any other company would have sent it back saying not repairable. Will definitely recommend and go back if any of my electronics have issues.

Jamie is as professional and responsible as you can possibly find. I've never seen such good service. The courteousness, the dedication and the confidence with which he disassembled, assessed, serviced and returned my gaming laptop to me are truly remarkable. While cleaning the thing, Jamie noticed several problems with it, that altogether put my computer at risk of breaking if not addressed, such as bad thermal pads and paste, a chipped sensor that led to overheating and he took it upon himself to fix all these things free of any additional charge. And the speed is commendable as well, all these things he looked at, fixed and was able to return my laptop to me next day as new, clean and cool. I honestly think I should've paid more than I did in the end, but surely there will be more opportunities as I'm planning on being Jamie's client again in the future.

Tldr: friendly, great quality, fast, you won't regret it.

I had the blue screen of death on my laptop and James came to my rescue. I needed my laptop for work that same day and in less than 3 hours it was running better than it has in a while. He texted me every step of the way with updates. Also his prices are very reasonable. I’m in PA for work and I may just fly back here if I ever have another issue with any of my computers. Ghosted me after a couple brief messages - I was asking for help with pc issues (gpu overheating) and a new build.

Update 10/26/2022: The owner was able to help me with my pc support concerns. I needed some help applying some thermal paste, checking software settings and cable management. He helped graciously with everything and apologized to me multiple times.

Being a small business owner and user, I appreciated his help and support and would recommend and use again.
