The spot was cool. They were playing movie. The staff was very unfriendly. The lady throw my coffee down on the table. It was very slow and little over priced. The Butter brew was very sweet even with less syrups. Not really harry potter theme.

Cozy little Cafe with an awesome theme, themed drinks, and they allow peppers! Also the hallows is amazing.

This had a great ambiance, I loved the Harry Potter theme. I had the cinnamon latte which was tasty. This is a must-see!

Unfortunately my grandchildren were expecting a Harry Potter theme but unfortunately it was a mish mosh of themes, and nothing about Harry Potter. They were very disappointed.

We ordered coffees here. The young people working were nice enough but got both orders wrong and in the end it was just bad tasting coffee.

This place was.gross. Stopped in for a midday coffee not knowing it’s a “Harry Potter” themed shop. If you’re showing up here for anything Harry Potter related, turn around. Parking is atrocious, the place is like what a classroom on the last day of school feels like. The coffee is bad. It tastes like straight milk, and if I wanted milk I would’ve gone to the store and gotten milk. The baristas are also not calling out a single thing but scribbling on the cups. So good luck getting your order! Kept picking up drinks and hoping for the best! SKIP THIS PLACE! We threw away a $7 drink because it was disgusting, had espresso grounds all throughout, and yet tasted nothing like coffee. Just skip it.save yourself 20 mins of waiting and the money you would’ve spent.

I absolutely loved this cafe. Has a harry potter fan, this is a story book place! Loved all the decor of the place and atmosphere. They even play movies on the projector to enjoy from the comfortable sofa chairs. I got a banana bread (amazing!) and the mandrake drink and it was all i hoped it was, a yummy latte with cinnamon. I cant wait to go back.

Food and drink are just OK.
Definitely not Harry Potter themed at all.

Need to do a lot more than just name a few items on your menu to say you're a themed restaurant/cafe.

Fun ambiance, very good coffee and slow service with contempt. The girls making the beverages take their sweet time and that might not be so bad if the line wasn’t huge and they didn’t snub you when you pickup your drink. I get that the place is popular and tourists pour in from the street but the magical atmosphere ends before you get your order. Also don’t get the peanut butter cookies. Dry and crumbles to pieces.

Absolutely adorable.the ambiance is perfect and literally makes my potterhead self so happy.the service and staff are amazing, the girl working at the register is a goddess and left me a compliment on the coffee sleeve that completely made my day.overall its genuinely the nicest cafe i’ve been to, i would gladly sit in a car for 2 hours to get down there just for another butterbeer latte.

The atmosphere was perfect and I cannot wait to come back up here when it’s fall, the ambience will absolute be perfect for that time of the year! Plus all the Harry Potter stuff was absolutely magical! Loved it!

I'm here just about every weekend, it's my treat to myself. The butter beer is my absolute favorite but I love when they come out with different themed drinks! It's a very chill harry potter vibe and it makes my inside nerd happy.
I love that I'm supporting a small business and it's not anymore expensive than your corporate franchises.

My kids really enjoyed this coffee shop with all the Harry Potter memorabilia around, and really liked their themed drinks as well.

It is still mostly HP themed, there is one wall that is Rockstars and not Potter, and they play music instead of running the movies over and over as previous posts say they do.
That being said, if you have kids into the Potter stuff, they'll still really like it.

Incredibly disappointed. I was so excited to go due to all the hype online. But when I walked in, I thought I was in the wrong cafe… this was barely Harry Potter themed. There were some Harry Potter-Esque things laying around here and there but it was just a dull seeming cafe.

We got 2 small iced lattes - you totally get more band for you buck with Starbucks! The baristas kept getting peoples orders wrong - they forgot whipped cream on ours, which is fine but like how hard is that to mess up? The drinks were finished after 3 sips and my wallet felt sad.

There’s a coffee shop next door (curiosities). You should just go there instead!

Cutest place ever! My boyfriend loves Harry Potter and I’ve been getting into it so we made the trip. Best decision. The frappes were amazing and the cookies have house logos which was so cute. The decor makes the place feel cozy. Great for pics too!

Great fun place to visit. The tourists walking in and out is an little rude but that's not on the business. Staff was very friendly and welcomimg. Spent a good 6 hours here on a rainy day watching movies and talking
