I wanted to write a quick review to commend Mulch Barn for their customer service and professionalism. We placed an order for mulch for a residential property through their online site. There was a issue with processing and Mark (GM) was on top of it. Kevin (Dispatch) was able to put it into their already full delivery schedule. Jeanie (Controller) handled the billing issue.
The mulch needed to be delivered on a certain day and time. Considering this was not a large order or for a commercial company, it would have been easy to push it out a day or two. They made it work.
I would highly recommend Mulch Barn, I never write reviews, this is one exception.
