I love this place. They are always friendly and remember me when I come in. I’ve purchased several items and traded in a few pieces. I enjoy the family friendly feel and the good selection they offer.

They conveniently don't tell you when you checkout that they dont do refunds. Instead the only place it says no refunds is at the bottom of the washed out receipt. Instead of getting my money back they wanted me to browse their unimpressive inventory and use store credit.and on top of that, the website said the store closed @ 6pm but was actually closed for 3 or more consecutive days after NYE. (Hours were Posted conveniently on a calender in the front window of the store to save you the trip) thus wasting gas and my time. Only got 2 stars because the gift wrap and box were pretty and the lady working at the time was pleasant.

Total bunch of scam artists. #1 they try to tell different about the piece than what it actually is. #2 they can't even tell you the correct size of a ring. #3 they will give you pennies on a hundred dollars. They only are buying jewelry from crack heads that need a fix. Stay away if you wanna sell an item or two. You been warned. Ps. The girls that work there should work somewhere else. Not in public.

I had a few watch batteries that died. Within minutes they were replaced and $5.00 for each battery. Fantastic service with a smile! I would highly recommend this jewelry store.

Such a fantastic experience! My fiancé and I stopped in to look at wedding bands. Catelyn immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We were originally planning on shopping around but the service we were given was just so completely outstanding that we decided we didn't need to go anywhere else. We will be recommending them to everyone we know and we will certainly be back!

I had a great experience here getting my engagement ring and wedding band sized. The turn around time was quick, the customer service is impeccable, and after consulting with the team at Munchel Brothers to determine the sizing, the ring came back and fit my finger perfectly. The jewelry there is also beautiful and catches my eye each time I go in. I highly recommend taking your jewelry there if you're in need of getting it fixed and I recommend looking at their selections!

I waited until my girlfriend got her new ring to write this because I never wanna go back. One of the female staff members made me feel so unwelcomed I wanted to leave immediately. She didn’t smile or even sound happy. It felt like me walking in interrupted her entire life lol. I think she would do better in a funeral home selling caskets instead of selling jewelry that usually represents love.

I enjoyed my experience at the store very much! All of the employees are super nice and very helpful. They had so many options. They even had kids jewelry which is hard to find. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I have always been treated courteous and been given excellent service, from the Staff. A great place to check out your next Valentine's Day gift for that special one in your life.

First time into this establishment to sell 40 oz generic silver. The young lady I dealt with was very professional and knew exactly what the market was doing to the penny. She also answered various questions on future sales with this company from myself. The interior was a huge surprise from looking at the front of the building. This business was obviously given a lot of thought and consideration to how professional they wanted to be and they certainly surpassed my expectations. You certainly have a client in me.
