Obnoxious staff and dr Garfield should be ashamed of himself. Watch as he is taking cash patients for substance abuse program and letting my wife crawl in and right back out UNTREATED IGNORED because he refused to see her for her sciatica without an appt

DO NOT GO HERE. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER. IF YOU WANT TO STAY ALIVE DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT TRUST ME.they are soooo unprofessional they never answer the phone they misdiagnose.the office girls are the rudest people i’ve ever spoken to.i’m surprised they haven’t been shut down yet.you will wait 5 hours for your appointment you’re better off going to the ER and for dr brand you’re like 90 years old give it up already.the physician assistants there are awful and i’m not quite sure how they even got accepted into PA school.i will never go here again

Not the greatest parking situation, and getting through the phones can remind one of "wanting to buy concert tickets in the 1990s, " but otherwise, the staff here is very knowledgeable, and the doctors listen to your concerns.

Havent seen Dr Brand since diet pill days in like 1990! A few years ago Dr Garfield was great and a big help with issues and treated my step son with integrity and empathy too. Certain girls there are ok IF they answer the phone. What's left needs no mention.glad I didnt raise him is all I've got. My nurse sons wont ever even fathom to just lack compassion let alone treat THEIR patients with disgraceful behavior.
SO GLAD THEY ARE NURSES NOT DOCTORS

These doctors literally saved my skin (spider bite) & take absolutely the best care of me for many years. The worst part is trying to call in for sure - they need a better phone system because it is hard to get through. However I do find when I get through finally, the staff does work hard to try and get me in as soon as they can. It is true the wait time is long in the waiting room, but thats because they actually take their time with their patients and actually care when you are worried about something. Hands down the best PCP I've ever had and the one star missing is due to the phone system.

Been going here for about 20 years now. Dr. Brand is amazing and caring. He takes his time to explain things in a clear and professional manner. Wait times can be long but its expected because after all, we are in a medical facility with other patients whose times vary by why they are there. Be patient folks, cause someone is probably thinking the same thing when your doctor is spending much time with you.

Unfortunately I can’t even get through to make an appointment. You get put on hold for 20 minutes just to be hung up on. I haven’t been to the doctors in years but have had this office as my primary since I was a little kid. I guess I’ll find a new doctor.
