Brock at the service department lied to me about how much my bill would be to fix my pcv valve and the cost of a hose. He said it would be $792 all together then calls me the next day when my car was FINALLY fixed and told me my bill was $1492. Don’t ever get your vehicle serviced here! If you care about your financial well being and integrity from your mechanic.

If you’re looking for a job and this place is hiring walk the other way. Owner doesn’t treat his employees great at all.

I wanted to share my experience with this dealer. I was looking at a car that they had advertised online and submitted a request for more information. Ryan (a salesperson) responded and was fairly responsive. I am out of state and over 8 hours away so I was trying to obtain as much information before deciding if a trip was necessary. After emailing back & fourth and several phone calls I decided to make a trip to look at the car in person. I informed Ryan of my arrival time and the car was ready for me to test drive. Unfortunately, Ryan was not available to have a real discussion and this was disappointing since I just drove over 8 hours to meet him and look at the car. The most frustrating part of all this was after returning back home I began to search for another car since the one they had was not the color I was looking for and found one that was the color I was interested in. After making a call regarding that car it turned out is was the same dealer and Ryan never mentioned this while I was there. Obviously when I called another salesperson Rob took the call. Once I was able to confirm that the car was there when I was there several days earlier, that was the most frustrating part. Furthermore, Rob stated he would call me back to discuss the car, but 6 hours later and closed now for the day, no return call. This dealer has some nice vehicles but are way over market value, no price negotiation and have poor customer service for the price point of the vehicles they are offering. It's unfortunate, since I am not just kicking tires and informed them up front that I'm out to purchase said car. If you don't mind paying way over market value, poor customer service and not real informative, then maybe this dealer is for you.

Bought a 69,000$ challenger hellcat widebody that barely made it back to my house because they put pump gas in a car tuned for e85 which of course wasnt told how modified the car was and would avoid factory warranty, I called and left message since check engine light came on within 10 minutes of leaving the lot and supercharger stopped working, it was at the end of the day so they were closing shortly after I bought the car. Never received a call back.
I asked about the wheels not looking right on the car salesman insisted they were correct pulled them off a week later to find aftermarket wheels. 5" narrower then the factory widebody wheels in the rear with a date code of about the time they had the car in their inventory the factory wheels are about 1800 a piece to replace the aftermarket ones. I will not be purchasing another car from them and would suggest everyone to avoid.

Answer to the response
Called when I got back the same day purchased never got a call back. I seen the aftermarket pulley figured it was a slightly smaller one not a 2.55 adding 8 or 9 lbs of boost, oversized injectors, dual fuel pumps to run e85.if yous were aware of the tuning done why would yous admit that pump gas was put into a car tuned for only e85? I just lucked out it didnt fry a piston on the trip home with it basically flooding the cylinders

Dealt with a gentleman in the parts department and in the service department who were helpful, friendly and professional. Those are scarce attributes these days and says a lot for this dealership.

I wish I could give zero stars.

How do I start… I can’t believe I’m writing this 3 weeks into purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I thought we found a perfect vehicle from Murray Motors Chevrolet for our newly expanded family (first newborn). Purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for $26,000 from their lot from a salesman who had ZERO personality or care for us the customer. Not sure if he didn’t care about this sale because it wasn’t a brand new vehicle but that shouldn’t matter. That should have been our first warning sign. Purchased the vehicle for asking price with no haggle. We did ask if they could match Sunbury Motors trade in value of our vehicle ($500 more) and they flat out said no with no hesitation. Wife fell in love with the vehicle so we purchase it as happy campers. Car sits for a week at our house as we went on vacation, come home and try to plug in a cord to a car seat camera into the cigarette lighter in front console. Doesn’t work. Of course I check the fuse and it’s okay. I even try a new fuse and nothing. I call Murray Motors and talk to our salesman asking if they would be willing to look at it and fix it since we just purchased it and never tried it at the dealership. We are immediately told, “uhm, I mean we can look at it for you but you will be responsible for the cost of fixing since you purchased as is and didn’t also purchase our extended warranty. ” Our mistake for thinking a larger “reputable” dealership would take the initiative to help out a new customer, especially only a week old. We explained that we just purchased it a week ago but kept getting told we didn’t buy the dealerships extended warranty. So we get it fixed from a local mechanics shop. Come another week and I notice an oil trail in our driveway that lead to our new vehicle. Look underneath the car and there are puddles of oil underneath the car with active dripping occurring. I look underneath and the whole bottom of the car is coated in oil with no sense of where it is coming from. Again, I call the dealership asking for help, but again a big mistake as we are told right away that we did not purchase the extended warranty. They insisted that it’s either “residual oil” or “we must have hit something. ” We were also told they we can still buy a warranty from them so they can fix our vehicle. HAHA! Come out the next day and THE OIL IS EMPTY! ZERO LEFT IN THE CAR AND UNABLE TO BE SAFELY DRIVEN WITH OUR NEWBORN!

So here we are, two and half weeks after purchasing a new vehicle from Murray Motors and we are again having to take it to another shop to get checked with a major oil leak on our own dime. I want to emphasize that we purchased this vehicle for asking price with no haggling or fighting over lowering the price.

We have purchased vehicles from Sunbury Motors, Blaise Alexander, and W&L and NEVER have had any customer service issues. We have noticed small things wrong with the vehicles and called the dealerships and they gladly fixed them with no issues. We were NEVER pressured into buying an extended warranty, or told that we had to buy one for them to even think about fixing the issues.

Warning to future buyers, BUY THE WARRANTY! UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING VEHICLES “AS IS”, NO MATTER WHAT MAY BE WRONG THAT YOU DON’T KNOW ABOUT! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERY SINGLE DARN ASPECT OF THE VEHICLE! As soon as you leave the lot they wipe their hands clean of EVERYTHING!

Bought a used car, so I didn’t expect it to be perfect but there was a lot of stuff at was wrong and I was not told about.
Alignment was off, rear shocks were completed blown out and leaking oil (expensive electronic ones), claimed 100% oil life but oil was very black and looked like it had 15k miles on it, undisclosed panel damage to the undercarriage. Panels missing from the undercarriage, a replaced front splitter when they claimed nothing was replaced/ repaired on the car. When I pointed this stuff out to them, they wanted me to bring the car back 6+ hours and have them “inspect” it. Just dishonest people and tried to claim that they we’re already losing money on it. Would not buy from here, or at least anything used from them. You will regret it. Oh yea and they also said shipping price was included with the final price of the car and then made me pay shipping when the car arrived.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES! This is the kind of place that gives used car dealers a bad me. As shady as they come. Believe the negative reviews these people are bottom of the barrel. Still waiting to get my deposit back from this place. Read the reviews and decided I didn't want to buy from them. We'll see how difficult they make it for me to recoop my deposit. Refuse to give me deposit then taunted me thru text. Low class crumbs that work here. If you buy from them you will regret it. Don't say you weren't warned.

Awesome experience dealing with Ryan throughout the entire purchase of my ZO6. Very quick, super honest and transparent about everything along the way- was a bit of a drive for me but these guys know what they’re doing and really take pride in their vehicles, which is really re-assuring when you get into the caliber of vehicles they’re selling. You guys definitely earned a future customer.

So I purchased a zl1 from Ryan at the dealership, I did read all the reviews and even talked to him about them. But I will say my experience has been good, the dealership was helpful with my purchase etc. People just have to understand he is blunt plain and simple. He answered me honestly with questions I had (I believe so anyway).

Me and my husband bought a 2018 ZL1camaro from here Ryan was are sales man and we live in ny and we drove 3 1/2 hours to pick it up.long story short it drove funny coming home had a vibration well driving it… didn’t really think anything much of it because they told me they did a full inspection so I figured it was from just sitting around got it home and parked it in the garage and left it there until today. I took it to go have it, inspected in New York State, well lo and behold, it failed inspection. They said the tires were bald…and all 4 needed to be replaced and it needed a front end alignment and I have the paperwork to prove it. So I called and spoke with Ryan and he spoke with the manager and the manager said that he would replace only the two front tires.with the cheapest tires they had on the market and I cannot buy the rears because they do not make them in that tire name brand so I would be stuck with miss paired tires.when they should be replacing all 4 seeing they are bad but wait they said they did a inspection on everything and I pacifically asked Ryan if the tires are good and he told me the tires were good.then when I text him and told him what had happened he text me and said they must of over looked them! Lol so my question is if you did an inspection you would have seen them so that goes to tell me there was never really an inspection! Buyers beware when buying a vehicle from this place never again will I!

I think they could have taken their time and did it right the first time.
Instead of me rejecting the first time done.

Went to look at a $60k+ ZL1 cash in hand and was severely disappointed. Quite a few with bald tires (how did these pass inspection?), car I did get into wouldn't start (dead battery?) There is at least 1 or 2 cars with flat tires. For cars in the $50k-$100k range I would have expected much better.
