I would have loved to purchase an upright freezer here but the young man working there wasn't much of a help. I asked if he could measure the interior of the freezers. He did measure a small one. I told him I needed a bigger one and he said they didn't have anything. I personally went down to look.found the one that would wor
k in size and it just got sold 5 minutes before I arrived. They said they couldn't get anything similar in until end of September. What a waste of time. I ended up taking the model number and buying the same one from Dunmore Appliance. Arriving Monday.

Owner very helpful not pushy at all. Didn't take any money until fridge was delivered. Set up and took old model away. Gave me tips on cleaning appliance

My husband picked it up himself. Then they refused to take the old one. I asked for a call back. Never got one

Not only did Mike give us the best price around for our GE washer & installation, he delivered in less than 24 hours and took the time to give us the most useful, comprehensive tutorial we've ever gotten on any appliance purchase. You cannot find this kind of service with a big-box store.

They answered all my questions and helped me purchase a great air conditioner for my house. I shopped around and they gave me the best deal for my money. I have made purchases here before, and I have been satisfied every time.

We've gotten a dishwasher and a washing machine here. The employees are always kind, patient, knowledgeable, and available to help. Mike will probably forget more than I'll ever know about appliances, and I trust him to guide us to what is best for us, and best deal that'll last (although nothing lasts as long as it used to!). We will continue to return here for all of our appliances. Hes always transparent on cost, and attaches the home depot print out and price right to the machines. I'm glad I can stay local and small and still save a buck.

They also always delivered the appliance and removed the old one without issue. We also had everything ready to go for them, he owns the shop, hes not a repair man to fix whatever issue you had from your original appliance and he won't allow his appliances the be installed in an already incorrect situation, which I am appreciative for, because sometimes you don't know it's wrong and I'm glad I'm not set up for failure!

The owner was rude and unprofessional. Delivered an appliance to my apartment, literally walked into my unit without permission. Would not even give 1 star rating.
