This company has blatantly lied to deny me from receiving any approval in my claims. The tech came out to inspect my unit and told me the compressor went out and that I’d be able to get it replaced through insurance. Then their incompetent office calls me a week or two later and tells me that since it’s “due to water damage” (which it’s not) that they won’t be approving me for a replacement.

I can’t even tell you how disappointed I am in these people so I’m gonna leave it at that. Be better humans

Max was assigned to our equipment replacement claim and he did such a great job helping us throughout our claim. He explained everything, helped us navigate through a challenge we had with the plumbing company and was very responsive when I would email him with questions or concerns. We were very happy with his service! Thanks Max!

This company is running a major scam they just deny your claims when you have equipment breakdown. I had a claim for a refrigerator and they denied it. My fridge lost all the colant and wouldn't recharge, and the denied it saying it was normal wear and tear. Do not use this company all the low reviews are true.

Equipment Breakdown attributed to "wear and tear" and "old age" when the piece of equipment in question was 2 years old and rebuilt prior to replacement. Denied, denied, denied due to old age. Terrible policy because everything can be denied due to wear and tear or old age. Pretty much a scam if you ask me!

Horrible company it’s 114 here in AZ and two weeks later still cannot get a returned phone call or email. Finally when I escalate the adjuster was available to speak with me. Told me she needed to speak with the technician. The technician called her back left his cell phone and still no calls back and two days later back to no returned phone calls or emails. The temps in AZ at 114 are life threatening. They do not care still waiting for their decision. At renewal will be dropping this coverage I guess I can assume by reading other reviews they are KNOWN for only claim denials.

The company is a joke, they want you to pay for their insurance but never want to shell out the money to replace your appliances when it comes time…. Don’t waste your time with them, find somebody else

Our claim was processed immediately by Matthew Gable. However we did not received the check despite several follow ups from Derek Sturtevant. It's been more than two months and no response on any of my emails to him.

Very easy process. The rep I was assigned was a pleasure to work with, easy to understand and personable. The claim was reported, processed, assessed and paid within 1 month. Very fair settlement. Couldn't give a 5 star only because this review didn't involve food!

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that a 3rd party insurer doesn't want to pay a claim but I expected better. Live and learn I guess. Don't buy anything from these guys, they will not pay.

Had a the service line policy that was added onto my home owners policy. Had a sewer line that needed repair, after haggling a little bit with the manager they covered all the way up to the $10,000 limit, which was most of the work. Glad I had their policy!

This company is very unprofessional. They seem to serve the purpose of denying claim for equipment breakdown. My AC leaked and stopped working. Had to replace it but they gave me zero dollar; pretty much denied my claim.

Left multiple voice mails and emails that went unanswered. The woman who was assigned to my claim seemed to dissapeared without a trace once she denied my claim. Unwilling to explain or be confronted.

I had to deal with this company because my insurance company doesn't have their own adjuster.

So much stress, hassle, and time consuming to deal with them but at the end of the day, they just want to ignore you once they denied your claim. Not willing to provide clear explanation as to why a claim was denied.

I pay extra money to have $100,000 coverage for nothing.

I am switching my insurance carrier. This company is a total nightmare. Stay as far away from them as you can.

Do not trust this company. Their business is just take your money and do not pay claim. Should suit them.
