Was searching for an oversized lift chair for a family member and Rebecca was absolutely AMAZING! I had a lot of questions and concerns, yet Rebecca faced it all with such compassion and grace that she made me feel alot better in the lift chair that was chosen. I cannot say enough good things about My Mobility Pros! The staff were easy to work with from start to finish, responsive, and went out of their way to provide equipment quicker than usual for my mother. They made a challenging time for a our family simple with their thoughtfulness and ability to provide an effective solution.

I the owner or 2 Whill Model A wheelchairs. I am one of the first owners of the Model A after they were introduced at the Ability Expo in the New York area (New Jersey) in 2016 or 2017 where I signed up to purchase one when they became available. A year later I purchased the second one. Both were equipped with under carriage bolt to lock into a Q Straint that was installed on the floor on my BraunAbility Chrysler Pacifica van with ramp. I use these chairs 24x7 and depend on them for my mobility. I have become familiar with issues that arise occasionally like battery failure. But recently I thought the batteries in one of the chairs died so I ordered 2 new MK batteries but the chair still did not work.
I contacted Whill Support and they recommended that I contact a local Whill service company but I told Whill I did not know of any. As it turned out My Mobility Pros is 5 miles away from my house and I never new this. I phoned and spoke to Michelle, the office manager and more. She was great. I stopped at their office and Michelle came out to my van to look at the problem with the seat back that had become loose and actually fell off the chair. I was using hand controls in the van and was alone. Michelle inserted the seatback for me and I drove home.
Today, Fabrese came to my house and troubleshooted my Whill and soon figured out exactly what the problem was and within 15 minutes fixed it and I am extremely happy and satisfied with their efforts and result and I would and I will recommend My Mobility Pros to anyone that needs reassurance that they are exceptional. 5 Stars.

I have used my Mobility several times this year for my daughters chair. We have needed a rental, repair, and most recently purchased a chair from them. The service is always great! Michelle is an excellent customer service representative, she ALWAYS goes above and beyond. If you use a wheelchair you know how hard it can be to find a dependable, reasonably priced, local vendor and service specialist. This place has it all, with a smile to boot! Highly recommend!

We have used their services at least three times now for the repair of scooter equipment purchased elsewhere, some years ago. They have been responsive, effective and reasonable. Nice people who do what they promise. When looking for equipment again the conversation will always start there.

I spend my days in a power wheelchair because I have a muscle disease. At the end of the day, I transfer to my hospital bed with the help of my husband and a transfer board. On Tuesday after I transferred from the bed to the wheel chair, I was unable to restore the bed to it's usual position. Something was not working. I started worrying about how I would get into the bed in the evening. I would have to sleep in the wheelchair. Around 1: 00 pm I called My Mobility Pros. The first thing that surprised me is Rebecca answering the phone. She answers whenever you call, no recordings or buttons to push. She understood right away that it was an emergency. Although swamped on the day after a holiday, she gave me an appointment for 6: 00 pm that day. I was amazed and very grateful. Fabrize showed up on time and quickly found the cord that had broken and he replaced it and continued to check out all the working parts of the bed and lubricate all the joints. Fabrize is an expert with the machinery and a life saver when an emergency occurs. I am so pleased that Rebecca and Fabrize are there whenever I have problems with any of my mobility equipment. They are a pleasant throwback to the days when business offered personal customer service and genuinely care to help out folks who need it. Thanks!

Michele is a caring compassionate Women! She was able to accommodate my schedule on the delivery of a Medical Bed. Delivery team was awesome. I am a caregiver for my 94 year old Mom and My Mobility Pros made this purchase/delivery an EZ process.

MyMobilityPros is helpful, honest and has supreme concern for the customer's financial ability. Upfront pricing and sharing information assisted me in fixing my own scooter with the assistance of a kind neighbor! It took a few phone calls to find MMP but proved to be the most worthwhile pursuit. If you have any mobility equipment problems, these folks are your best bet!
