The office is nice and clean.

Everyone was extremely nice - receptionist, nurse, the doctor.

The doctor thoroughly examined me, even did a flue test which my regular practice never did. She took the time to answer all my questions.

Quick. I was in and out in under 45 minutes, with all the prescriptions I would need to get better.

Made an appointment here a few days ago, found out today, an hour and a half before my appointment, that this location has been closed for months.oops.

I went to see if I can get an imaging in here. Amy Dougherty had a brief conversation with me to get more details on my issue and suggested me to see the right doctor for the treatment. She even provided me the contact info of the department/ hospital I need to visit. And did not charge me any Money! Very happy with the service and highly recommended.

I have been here multiple times (flu, strep, ear infection, terrible coughs) over the past year and Amy is always super helpful and follows up. I never have to wait more than 10-20 minutes to see someone. I also have had IV treatment 3 times and loved it! Once i had it after the flu and Amy took the time to see what vitamins i needed for a speedy recovery and another time ahead of my wedding to make sure i was hydrating and my skin on point!

If you are looking for a place for your immigration medical exams, please stay away for this place!
This place is a total scam!
I went to the chesnut location, paid $480 for my exams and blood tests, was giving a receipt and even the doctor remember me well!
They ask me to come the following week to the locust street location to get my results!
I was glad when get there and I saw the same doctor since she is the one who examined me!
They made me pay $50 again for more shiiiit!
And let me hear that it seems that the $480 was never received by them!
What a joke.
I even talked to the so called “in charge “on the phone!
Guess what she asked me to either pay the $480 or leave the property since I refused to re-pay for the results!
My lawyer who recommended me that place was informed and is going to make sure nobody else get through the same situation!

Terrible. Appointments are completely illusory - you can make one but if others walked in and were waiting before you, you have to wait. I had a 3: 15pm appointment, waited 45 minutes to be called up to pay copay and told it would be at least another 45 minutes because there were two people in front of me. Um nope!

If you can. I would attempt to find another urgent care clinic. The nurses are rude and it isn’t worth the trek. I’ve been a few times and don’t plan on doing it once more.

Recently moved to Philly and decided to find a pcp near my home. Made an appointment and the wait to see the doctor was acceptable. However, after the consultation, I was told to wait in the waiting area for discharge papers. I waited for 40 min and asked multiple times what was going on. If you have better things to do in the day, do not waste your time here. The doctors here do not respect patients’ time.

Very shady! The receptionist seemed to know more about healthcare than the "doctor". When I went for a check on a cough, the doctor that saw me put all of my information on another patient's forms and there was a lot of yelling between the receptionist and the doctor about it. Very unprofessional! The whole operation strikes me as a scam. AND the many positive reviews here were bought by offering Starbucks giftcards for positive reviews!

This place is unprofessional and uncaring. I was having chest pains and I have insurance but the doctor turned me away. If no starts was an option I would give them that.

DO NOT GO HERE. I waited 45 minutes to be seen. Got home. 24 hours later, they called me to tell me that I should have been prescribed another medication and that they "sent it over to my pharmacy. " I went to my pharmacy only to find out that the prescription had never been sent over at all. I called them to see what could be done and they told me there "was nothing they could do" until the following day. Now, I have a fever, I'm sick, I have class tomorrow, and I am forced to go elsewhere and pay AGAIN to receive the same diagnosis. I JUST DON'T WANT TO BE SICK ANYMOREEEE!

They'll hit you with surprise bills, and then lie about the reason for it.

Some background: their web site claimed, at the time of my visit, that they take almost any insurance. I have a major national plan that most doctors seem to be in-network for. When I checked in, they took my insurance card, presumably to check that I was covered, returned it a little while later, and asked for the customary copay, which I paid then and there.

Months later, they hit me with a bill for over $100. I checked with my insurance company, and they said a claim had indeed been made, but it was denied because the provider was out-of-network. I've never seen that happen before; providers don't generally submit non-emergency, hopeless claims to insurance companies whose networks they haven't joined.

Now, you would think that a business would be embarrassed to have misrepresented the insurance they take, and would just quietly write off the cost. Nevertheless, they billed me. So I called them. I spoke with Jing-Jing Cai, who claimed that I owed money because of an unmet deductible. Her contention is 100% false. My insurance plan has no deductible, or anything like a deductible. She was trying to claim that my annual maximim out-of-pocket was a deductible. I had charitably assumed that Ms. Cai is just mind-bogglingly incompetent, but after reading the other reviews, where surprise bills are a recurring theme, I'm starting to wonder if there's some kind of scam being carried out by myDoc's billing department. Anyway, I explained that I have no deductible (I certainly would have noticed other doctors billing me by then if I did) and that my insurance company very clearly stated myDoc was out-of-network. In response, she offered to "settle" for a reduced amount. I counter-offered to settle for $0, which is the correct amount given myDoc's blatant misrepresentation about the insurance they take. I heard nothing after that for a while, until I started hearing from a collections agency. A decent, honest company wouldn't send charges under dispute to collections. A decent, honest company would also actually join the networks for the insurance they claim to accept.

The bottom line is this: if you're considering visiting this facility, understand that even with good insurance and no signs of a problem during your visit, you can't count on the charges stopping at the copay you expect. If they do try to spring a surprise on you, their billing department is Kafkaesque in my experience. Whether the reason for that is malice or mere stupidity, they can't be trusted to do the right thing. Don't just take my word for it; read other reviews too.

My gosh, that was the best medical experience I've ever had. It was conveniently close for me to get to, the facility is clean and nicely decorated, I felt the fee was fair, and all of the staff was socially engaging in a friendly and polite way, while also remaining professional. Everyone was genuinely compassionate and concerned for both my diagnosis/outcome as well as my needs.

This was a really, really positive experience.

This place gets two stars because the people there were nice. But it is amazing how they can be called "myDoc Urgent Care" When you are not even seen by the doctor only the "medical assistant". At least, that was my case when I went there. Really? Smh.

Good experience. In and out in under an hour. Receptionists were nice, and medical personnel were great. Nice waiting area with drinks and energy bars.

(And no, I did not receive a discount to post this review)

There is no privacy in the consultation area and I was mis-diagnosed and mis-treated, which caused me to get even sicker. Then, they refused to take any responsibility for their actions. Go somewhere else to receive appropriate medical treatment.

I feel like the doctor does not take me seriously they didn’t even take my blood pressure. Then after talking she was like is it really that bad? That’s why I am coming to right.

The advertised closing time was 8pm. I showed up at 6: 40pm and they refused to see me, stating the new hours were 7pm and they weren't taking anyone else.

If the closing time is 7pm then your doors should stay open until 7pm. Period. There was no one in the waiting room. And the front desk lady was extremely rude.

Get it together, guys.
