Great staff really worked hard to resolve All the concerns I had with my prescription and Fit to resolve some old issues I am very happy with everything the staff and management did to resolve my problems of my glasses and the optometrist (doctor) was exceptionally thorough.

Awesome experience! Answered all questions quickly & made my eye appt so easy! Had a great experience with the staff & especially the doctor! I will continue to use them for my eye appts! @ the Kennett Square Location

Sarah was extremely sympathetic and helpful after I fell and got my glasses frame out of whack. She took care of it at no charge. I will be back as a customer.

Thanks to myeyedr in Kennett Square. The screw in my glasses had been damaged and they repaired them!

Great team and care. I have been here about 4 -5 times over the years and always a pleasure to go here. Very caring!

My father had a pair of glasses that the screw and lens had fallen out of. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Since they were obviously very busy at the time, we signed in, left contact info with the broken glasses and were told they would call when they were fixed. In less than 30 min, we received a phone call that they were done and ready for pickup. Upon our return, the same friendly receptionist handed my dad his repaired glasses and wished us a good day! What an awesome experience! We were so impressed with true customer service and caring for people! My dad’s first comment as we left was “when I get me new glasses prescription, I want to come here to get the glasses! ”

They’re a little pushy to buy from them and pricey too but overall it was a quick trip and the staff were very polite!

Love the service here. Definitely friendly staff and always very attentive to detail! The staff is also very organized and have a great sense of humor! Thanks for always making my eye exams special!

Called because my Dr couldn't get me in at my location and KS was the next closest. They got me in right away. I had something foreign in my eye and they were quick to get me in. From the moment I called they were phenomenal. The Dr.was magnificent, so kind, great bedside manner. She explained everything thoroughly to me as she was trying to retrieve the piece of grit I had lodged in my eyelid. She got it out and I was relieved. The front office staff were very kind also. Every single person was kind. Most likely driving the extra miles to come here now. This is how an office should be ran.

Had a wonderful experience at MyEyeDr. Kennett square. I was looking for a pair of sunglasses and after browsing through the amazing selections available, picked out a pair that I'm very happy with.
Kirby, the general manager, was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I will be back for my annual eye exam and glasses.

Sadly my review isn't good. The eye Dr is amazing. It's the retail side that is very upsetting.
Three phone calls, 2 visits and I'm finally told that my existing glasses must be sent out to be fixed.
For the prices here I feel that those people answering the phone and working onsite should all be on the same page. This type of service is why people stop going to boutique type eyeglass shops and just buy the get 4 for $200 at the mall places. The service isn't worth the money.
