I have been a patient of Dr. Mignogna for 5 years now, and I hope he reads my Review because the only one star is for him!
I thought I can bring my family there because I had a good feedback.
First I asked if my family member had any copay and they said No.
He had the visit and we understood that we got ripped off by being charged 205$ for a comprehensive visit when and we had to pay 130 $out of pocket.
I do understand that a lot of services from eye doctors office are not covered from the insurance but this was not all.
Being a healthcare worker especially dealing with insurances all of this was very frustrating.
I feel so bed for all the knowledge of those doctors being managed by non professionals.
I will suggest to everyone to pay attention.

I called this location in Whitehall. I asked if they accept my insurance. She asked what vision insurance do I have and I said NVA "National Vision Administrators", and she said they do accept it. I let her know I just had an eye exam at another place for this year but asked if I can schedule for next year. She said the schedule doesn't go out that far but told me to call back around November. After I hung up the phone, I went on the website because I noticed appointments can be made online. I didn't schedule anything but I had noticed appointments for next year (May 2024) were available. So, now for providing inaccurate information is definitely enough for me not to schedule. I look elsewhere for an appointment.

Every thing was perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive and the Dr.was great.
No complaints at all!
