Marena was Polite, Professional and effective with the concerns I had with my new prescription.
I was impressed with being waited on with the G M Marissa who did the final service of installing the replacement lens.

Great, knowledgeable and friendly doctors, and staffers super helpful. Trust the eye exam for eye health and vision accuracy. If you need glasses, better have good insurance for the frames, but they usually offer deals and discounts to help keep expenses down.

Had a very pleasant experience at this facility. Casey at the front desk very nice and answered all my questions. Dr. Reppert was also very helpful with my exam. Lauren had a great personality and was very friendly with helping with my insurance/copay information. Highly recommend.

My husband and I are both health professionals and had issues with our prescription glasses at MyEyeDr on Eastern. Blvd in York, PA. Fortunately the error in measuring the center of his progressive lens was corrected quickly. Unfortunately, I returned 3 times after receiving the glasses, each time being told it would take time to get used to the progressives. What I was not told was that I had a limited time to have the prescription changed if I still could not read certain print while “getting used to the glasses”. Beware. I was told it would be another $50 for refractive testing and $300 for new lens!

Dr. Miller was wonderful and made everything make sense. My optician Jenn was a great help picking out frames and seeing what my options were. Overall great experience!

Ian was great, especially handling us; a family of 3, all at the same time. I gave 4 stars because my husband and I went back for our glasses a week later, passed Ian several times, and even sat inches away from him. Yet he didn't say Hi one time. We were with him over an hour the week before, there were 3 of us, and we had a very personable visit. This really turned me off and I probably won't work with Ian again. Ian did give us excellent customer service our appointment day.

Jen was awesome to work with! I haven’t treated myself to a new pair of glasses in years, but being in a graduate program that requires a ton of hours looking at an ipad screen, I was in need of an eye exam and updated prescription.
I do not have eye insurance being in graduate school, but Jen was able to find the best deal to suit my financial abilities at this time! I would recommend this location & Jen a million times!

Ian was very nice and helpful when my mom came in to get a new pair of glasses. He never made her feel rushed, took the time to give his professional opinion of which frames would look best for her facial features and made sure the glasses fit her perfectly before she left. Would definitely recommend him and this myeyedr location!

Pretty bad experience. Half a year after a $600 purchase, I still do not have functional glasses. My prescription in my lenses are wrong and I was told that they will not correct this but that I could purchase new lenses and frames instead. Yikes. And this was their second error. My first order arrived late, bent, and warped; apparently caused by a manufacturing error.

Very little flexibility in schedule. If you are even 3-4 minutes late you have to reschedule. Dont waste your time with the corporate My Eye Dr. Treadmill.

Dani and Ian were both extremely helpful assisting my husband and me with new frames and lenses. Their knowledge and friendly attitudes were refreshing and made our visit run so smoothly.

Ian was patient and super friendly! He helped me navigate my insurance coverage and options for my son and I which made things much easier!

I cannot say enough about Daniella at MyEyeDr. She not only helped my son find the perfect pair of glasses, she also worked hard to find the best deal possible and fixed his broken pair in the meantime. She went above and beyond and her friendly demeanor made the whole experience fun!

Danny was awesome, she was very well informed and answered any questions I had with a smile.
