They have been waiving and not waiving eye scan fee and rescheduling appointments consistently. I do not want this eye scan and cannot afford three fees.

I have been coming here for years with the same insurance and no copays. I have medical assistance. I made an appointment for today and went in and was informed that there would be a $45 copay for a “virtual visit” in the office and that the doctor was not in Thursdays. This information was not given to me when I made my appointment. I drove 45 minutes there, and 45 minutes back. Those of us with medical assistance are on this type of insurance because of financial struggles, this was a big deal for me because of the price of gas. Please call beforehand and don’t end up going in on a day they don’t have a doctor in. They won’t tell you.

Love these girls here. They are so kind and friendly and best of all my glasses werent nearly as expensive as I expected. They have a great selection of frames too.

The staff at my eye doctor by Walmart in Carlisle is excellent. They went above and beyond with customer service for my daughter and I. Every person that works there is very patient, kind, and understanding. I noticed that they treated all customers with the same kindness. I would highly recommend this office.

Not very happy. I set up an appointment and was scheduled for a video appointment I was not given any other options. I had my appointment spent 700.00 dollars and at the end of my appointment I was told the exam was not covered. My insurance did not cover video exam. No one made me aware of it till my appointment was over. It would have been nice to know that before my appointment. I would prefer seeing the doctor in person but I was not given that option now you want 99.00 dollars more from me.

This place is the worst I was recommended by my eye dr that retired and I will just say if you have other choices find them. They cancel appointments and make it entirely impossible to reschedule without it being months out

The worst ripoff and scam - do not go here my family was over charged by hundreds of dollars.

My visit was very good! Dr. Franson was very professional and great to talk with. Everyone I encountered was kind and very helpful from the moment I walked in the door. You can tell its a small office and everyone working gets a long with each other and that rubs off on the patients!

This place is horrible. The staff is out to lunch. No one knows prices. And they get very offended when you ask for pricing. Don't go there. They sold my son a pair of glasses. At 600 with discount of 30% that turn out to be garbage. They broke within a week.the lens wouldn't stay in place.

I will never go in this place again. Staff seem preoccupied with bickering amongst themselves and they seem confused about everything.

The staff at this location are horrible and rude. They are inadequate in finding insurance information and checking prior to having patients come in. When I arrived for my daughters apt they were unable to find her insurance coverage and canceled her apt. As a courtesy for my inconvenience the manager ordered new glasses lenses to put in old poor condition frames. I requested my daughters prescription and just ordered glasses off Zennie. I called the office and informed the staff I would not be picking up the lenses and they with their snarky reply of “ok” and slamming the phone when hanging up put the icing on the cake and pushed me to write this review. We will not be back to this office and will be looking for services elsewhere!

I had the worst experience at this place. It took them six and a half weeks for me to receive my glasses I kept receiving excuses after excuses to why I have not received them and they still did not do them right. What I pay for and what I got is two different things

I loved this place the staff were amazing and very helpful and extremely friendly I'm very happy with my experience.

Very friendly consultants, well knowledgeable personal. Loved their service. The doctor is awesome.
