This was my first appointment at this place appointment was for 10: 50am with Tina, it was
11: 40am and I was not attended I’m still waiting to get my $20 deposit refund back like I was told. Waiting 50 minutes when you make a deposit, reserve your appointment and wait without being assured your going to get your nails done is very upsetting and un mannerly at least be honest and don’t waste peoples time.

Let me start by saying I really wanted to like this place (1) it’s not very clean inside. (2) ladies are late almost all the time. (3) I’ve been canceled on twice in one week also set up a third appointment for my nail tech to not just show up at all. Communication is horrible. This is bad for business, how can you build your client base when this is done to people.

I had Lisa and she was fantastic. Very gentle and detail oriented. The other girls were friendly and I felt comfortable right away. The color I picked out was gel (I just got a classic manicure) so Lisa made sure she found the perfect alternative shade. Will return, thanks ladies!

This nail salon is everything I’ve been looking for in a salon. It’s small, quiet and clean. They also take their time with each client which is why it’s by appointment only. They never make you feel rushed. I’ve been looking for a permanent nail salon. I’ve finally found it.
