I love going to Nails by Karen! The staff and service is great plus the place is always clean!

I've got my nails done by Lorelei twice and she did a fantastic job, awesome personality and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience and got everything I wanted. I will always book with her in the future! Wish I could give her and the shop more than 5 stars.

I have been going to this salon since it opened. Karen is kind and professional and so meticulous with her work! Her salon is clean and she takes the time to ensure her staff are trained well.

Karen and Kenny are the most kind and nice people. The salon is SO clean and I love my nails everytime. My daughter is VERY picky and LOVES Karen and her work. Would highly recommend! Prices are great and the staff is really sweet and great at their trade!

My daughter and I were there last Saturday while we were visiting from out of town. I used to live in the area so this is my go to place. We had appointments and they were quick to get us going. My tech was not friendly at all and did not speak the entire time I was in there. He forgot to put the cat eyes on during the second coat, so I ended up with three coats, no big deal it happens. My cuticles were not trimmed or pushed back, a week later they look terrible. The polish has some defects in it, ridges, bubbles, bumps and other issues but again it happens. The most disturbing part of this visit was while I was waiting for my old gel to soak, he placed the bag of polish samples on the table for me to pick. When I didn't immediately dive in, he grabbed the bag of samples and shoved them into my chest. I was shocked and didn't know what to say, not believing that he really just did that.
While I will go back when I am in town, I will refuse to have this tech again.
