I absolutely love the way Ivy does my eyebrows I won’t go anywhere else because of that kind of pricey but they take there time

I had my manicure by Lizbeth and it's what I wanted love it. My pedicure is done by Helen with foot spa it's 5*. Nice place clean friendly staff I'll be a regular client.

This is not the first time I really like coming here if this would have been my first time here I would not go back when I for home I felt over the nails and they are rough and I don’t really like them for the money I paid I paid for the price for a full for a fill in and a color which I think was alot but I cause I will go back again and try again for Christmas and hope it’s better.

Felt rushed, very noisy with people’s kids everywhere. I liked my tech, and my nails are nice. I noticed the quality wasn’t as great as other places I’ve been to in the area, and I never received a service card (one of those come 6 times get $5 off or something) that everyone else got with a service. The shaping is very uneven on each nail, especially the ring finger. Overall okay, but honestly wouldn’t go back.

I visit Nails by Michelle regularly and appreciate how friendly they are and how clean everything is and they do a beautiful job on the nails.

Ran into an old nail tech from years ago - wonderful seeing her again. She gave me great advice. I needed to let my nails go for several mos so that they can grow out strong. My nails have been ground down by years of having acrylic nails applied. She was not worried about doing my nails and charging me to get them done, but was instead concerned about the health of my nails. She removed old acrylics, painted my thin nails with a clear polish and sent me home. Thank you so very much for being concerned more about the health of my nails than charging for a set of acrylic nails. I am indebted to you and will return once my nails have grown out and are not so thin any more. Bless you!

This was my first time here. Salon was very clean and well organized. I felt welcomed. My nails look great and the price was reasonable. I will return. Been looking for a salon in west York for a while. Thanks for the great experience

Nothing bad I have to say and love the pay by cash incentive, but schedule an appt and plan to be there for a while because they stay very busy.

I have been to several salons in york and Nails by Michelle is the best I've ever been to. Katie was so sweet, gentle and did such a great job. It was super busy because of the holiday, but I was still in and out in an hour. I LOVE my nails. Thank you so much!

This used to be my favorite nail salon. However there is one specific nail tech who I have gotten the last two times and she rushed through my full set. The acrylic is thick on some nails and thin on the others. My cuticles were not pushed back so these nails have to be filled in already only after a week. Also the lady doing my nails was speaking to her friend in Spanish about me. What she did not know is I am Puerto Rican and speak Spanish fluently. This was my first time having a very rushed unprofessional experience at this salon. Speaking about clients in a negative manor is not appropriate, yet I still tipped her 20 in cash because I have respect.

This USED to be the only place I went to for nails or pedicures. However, this place has gone downhill in the last year or so. Several times I've been denied appointments and told it was walk in only. I'm told on the phone it's not busy and now is a good time to come. Then I get there and wait 1-2hours for my nails to look less than perfect. Everyone is rushed and it's very disorganized. They have no formal check in when you get there and seem to forget their appointments until they show up. I called in for a full set and was denied an appt, told it was a good time to come, then get there and told it'll be a wait which I expected and was okay with. Over an hour passed and she told me I was next, then an appointment walks in and she says "oh I have to do her first she had an appt, it'll probably be another half hour or more. " I was patient and waited the almost 2 hours to get my nails done which was fine. But, then she was so rushed cutting corners and told me "I get you out quick since you wait too long". I don't mind waiting, but expect service to be above and beyond. My acrylic nails are uneven and not fit appropriately to my nail. She also filed them after they were completely finished and then didn't clean the underneath the nail of excess acrylic. No hand massage or warm towl.she was definitely rushed. Will be finding somewhere new as this isn't the first time this has happened. Very sweet ladies but it's a shame the quality isn't the same as it used to be.

Got there at 1015. Waited two hours to get my nails done. Check in procedure could be more organized so the nail techs know who has been waiting the longest and who is there for an appointment. I watched two people who had an appointment not get service until at least an hour after their scheduled time while walk ins who had been waiting were taken first. Overall my nails are nice and they treated me well; better priced than some places in York.

I have experienced excellent service here for three or four years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Time to find a new nail salon.this ain’t it! Very rushed and inpatient nail tech! This is supposed to be an enjoyable time for me to relax and get pampered but this my last time! They overbook so they’re rushing me to get to the next person! This happen 3 times!

Absolutely love this place. They are very clean and try hard to be as accommodating as possible. My only complaint would be that sometimes they rush you through when they get busy and your nails don't always come out as nice as when they take their time. I try to stick with the same girl as much as possible. All of them are very sweet.

On Friday waited 1.5 hours, couldn’t leave because they wrapped her nails in tin foil. She picked a pedicure and they charged her $10 over the posted pedicure price
