Nails & Company reviews
13They over charge for horrible service and the older man in the ponytail drinks on the job. He kept dozing off and cutting my sisters cuticle and we could smell it. All in all I stopped coming here mad long ago.
Verify bad customer service and bad service they buen my eye brown with hot wax arrogant attitude I never go back to this place
The staff was very professional and talented. I have gone to a few in the area and this nail salon is one of the best in the area.
Didn't seat me with my friend that I came with. Took twice as long to do half as much. Bought gel nail polish and they chopped the same day. They couldn't do a simple marble design although a gentleman did try to recover. They didn't even let me sign my card transaction or be able to enter a tip in.
I've been going to Nails & Company for 17 years and have never been disappointed with my nails. They are a talented company that is safety forward and aimed to have you smiling at your hands as you leave.
HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I went in at 4 and asked if I could get a mani/pedi with ANNE as I had heard only good things, and was told that the wait time was an hour. I didn’t mind so I signed in and waited. Since the wait time was so long I decided to go next door to pick something up really quickly. I wasn’t gone for more than 10 mins. When I came back I was told by ANNE that she was and I quote “too tired” and told me they weren’t taking anymore people. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. They close at 6pm and I went in for a simple mani/pedi. Needless to say I won’t be returning.
I made an appointment for my mom, mother in law, and myself and the owner treated the three of us very poorly. He told me that they don’t take debit/cards and it’s cash only but someone else paid by card. He was rude, disrespectful, and acted like a complete jerk.
Don’t bother trying to call and make an appointment because it doesn’t matter. They are very rude when I asked twice after waiting 45 mins. I had other appointments and couldn’t wait.
Overpriced and woman ripped my actual nail off and it bled and she didn’t do anything about it
I went in when they weren’t too busy so they took me back right away. I loved the fact if your alone you can get your feet done in your own personal cubicle area lol or if your with family or friends you can sit together. Henry is who worked on and he grabbed brand new tools I watched him open the package. Very clean establishment. He took time in the work he did. And it’s the best I believe I ever seen my nails. And no I not know these people at all. But Henry made it a great experience.
I’ve been going to Nails and Co.since they opened. The facility is always being updated, the owner and employees are friendly and professional and everything is always clean. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
SHOULD HAVE SIGN ABOUT KIDS NOT BEING ABLE TO BE THERE! Man was very rude about me bringing my daughter with me and simply asked me if I had someone to watch her completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
My daughter and I walked in. I asked him how much for kids pedicure and he said $20. I then asked how much for mani? He clearly stated as my 10 yr old heard him. $30 total. I asked for a gel manicure. He then put pink and white acrylic on! I asked him what is he doing? And he kept saying. Dont worry this is how we do it now! So. When it was time to check out, he charged me $95! $55 for my nail and $40 for my daughter! He was clearly trying to rip me off! Do not go to this place! The guy is a liar! And he didn't do that good of a job.
