I’ve been a client for almost 3 years, I love it! So many polite/friendly staff, nice atmosphere, clean & consistent service are just some of the things that keep me coming back. My nail tech is Angel, she always does an amazing job nails & pedi. I’m sometimes undecided on what I want, & she offers her professional option that never fails. She has so much patience & grace, takes her time with true passion for what she does. I always leave happy & excited to return. I’ve been living in the area for 17 years & this, in my opinion is the best nail salon in the area. Keep up the good work Nails Lounge.

The Nail Lounge is now under new management. The salon atmosphere is refreshing, upbeat, and it is clean. The staff are professional and personable. My Technician Angel continues to give me great service, taking her time with my manicures and pedicures. I am satisfied with her work each and every time. Check it out!

I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area and everyone is so great. The salon is very clean, the employees are so friendly and welcoming and my nails always look amazing. They take pride in what they do and that is very obvious when you visit! I’ve had my nails done by multiple people here and have never had a bad experience. I especially enjoy seeing Amy! She’s always so pleasant and has a great memory on what I prefer with my nails. I always leave happy. I’m really happy I found this place!

I come here every month to get my nails done. They are always professional and nice. I always walk out loving my nails. I always make appointments and never have problems waiting because they are behind or over booked. Best place around to get your nails done. I have been to many others nail shops in the area and always have problems.

I have been going to The Nails Lounge for years, and it is truly the only place I will go to get my nails done. Everyone that works there is so incredibly professional, kind, and wonderful! I get constant complements on my nails! Sunny does excellent work on my hands and Emme does fantastic work on my toes! Highly recommend!

The only nail salon I visit! Amy is top notch and my go to! They will even try their best to squeeze you in with an emergency if needed. I absolutely love them.

I have searched for years for the right nail place and i mean lancaster mt.joy etc. Nail lounge has it all clean. Profesional and go out their way to make you feel comfortable. I will never go anywhere else.

It was my first time here, and they are so sweet to me. They wanted to make sure I liked what I was getting before continuing, which I liked since I was nervous as is I wouldn't.

The salon is welcoming and friendly no matter what time of day you go. Staff took so much time and made me laugh through the whole thing. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Sonny does a beautiful job on my nails. Every time! They also do a fantastic job on their pedicures. They are so clean and sanitary about everything they do! Highly recommend! Appointments are recommended!

I’ve uses these people once or twice and they got the job done. The last 2 times I’ve tried to utilize them they are very rude and I’ll be polite and say biased. They don’t talk to you right. I’m black and they sit from their chairs and yell across the room what do you need? , oh we are busy! When they are clearly not very busy. For the whites they walk up to them
And ask what they need, offer them appointments. For me NOTHING! Oh well. You will NEVER get my business again. Very accommodation for whites. Minimal for blacks. Yet this business is in my neighborhood. I don’t get it but then, I do.

Love their nails and they are super friendly and quick! Great price for how good they are, too.
