I loved this place up until probably the last 2 visit I've made where the staff feels its okay to make negative comments about their customers and children where everyone can hear. If you can't handle the public you are probably in the wrong job. I work retail every day. I get that some days are rough but you don't let your frustrations out in front of where you customers can hear. I am very disappointed that the owner/manager allows this and not just a one time experience. I will refrain from shopping there going forward.

It's a hit and miss unless you're looking for nothing in particular They have many items. Even car parts bedding artwork office equipment and cereals.

We love this place I have to eat better food now. I could find gluten free products and also organic too. Thank u for making prices affordable could not afford wegmans.god bless

This location is a mess. Very unorganized, and things thrown everywhere. I've been to a different location and it was a lot more organized. To each their own I suppose.

Laflin location I’ve always had problems with. I order things online and have them sent to the Berwick location. I have done this a few times. The first time I got a fan without a bottom that wasn’t even the one in the picture. I had to get a “one time courtesy refund” as if it a nice gesture. It was an oscillating fan so it needed the bottom. I also got an email today for some thing I purchased saying it was ready for pick up. I called the Berwick location and they said it was not there. So I called the Laflin location and a lady said “yeah because it’s here and in the email that I got doesn’t actually mean it’s ready”. The lady I spoke with was not very nice and condescending the entire conversation. She acted as if this was common knowledge that when an email says it’s ready for pick up that it’s actually not ready for pick up? Also, I said that it didn’t allow me to actually pay online like normal to which she responded with “ we haven’t accepted online payments since January”. When I ordered online before, it was sent to Berwick that next day, so I assumed it could be this quick again but instead I got a “you just ordered it yesterday, why would it be there? ” Comment that was very snarky. Berwick store was pleasant and they were equally confused about online payments so clearly employees should be updated. A simple “I know the emails are confusing but you’ll get another email when it’s in Berwick. Sorry for the confusion! ” would have been sufficient.

Addendum: my in laws sent me pictures since we are from out of town and won’t be in until Saturday. They said the car seat looks like it’s burned/melted? Scrapped and cut fabric on top by child’s head. It also had damage on the top of the box. Had to order a new one and have it sent again so I can return this damaged one within the 14 day period.

Came in from out of town for another reason, and stopped in to check it out.
We were turned away at the door by a pleasant young lady informing us we need an appointment. I'm not sure what's going on with that, I guess the owner is some sort of Champagne socialist? Lucky for me, I'll never know.

Take your business elsewhere. I have never been treated as rudely as I was by one of the apparent owners. My purchase was broken, missing pieces, and didn't match the description, so when I asked about returning it he was dismissive, rude, and frankly infuriating. Does not deserve business.

Decent prices and unlike my local store, they have a huge selection of goods online. I like their odd items that you don't find in big retail centers. They offer goods that are blemished but generally functional at a fraction of the cost and it's better than having them wind up in a landfill. Their website needs a little work as it can be a pain to try and navigate though the pages. It would be nice if it allowed you to select page 7 instead of having to go through each page one at a time to get to page 7. If you want to go through all 109 pages of merchandise or want to stop and pick up where you left off at a later time, again you must scroll through each page one at a time. The categories help but some of them are a lot of pages so same thing. The phone person could be a little friendlier especially when you're spending as much as I did and made several orders. During these tough financial times it's not smart to treat multiple order customers harshly. I wasn't familiar with their process so a little leniency would go a long way.

Not 1 good shopping experience! Bought a crock pot new in box. Went to use it a few weeks later- NO LID! Manufacturer no longer sells replacement parts for this! CAN'T RETURN. Bought a DE Light - BRAND NEW, unopened box, unit is bent and damaged! Can't return. Bought a STAINLESS STEEL shower rack - rusted in a week.

The most arrogant store owner you will ever meet in your life! No kidding, see for yourself. Been here a few times and without fail if the one owner waits on you, it’s not bad but god help you if this other “A Hole” waits on you! I am done with this stooge.

Arrogant store owner who likes to talk down to people. First time coming to the store and promptly tells me "its the same thing for the last 6 weeks" and points to a paper posted on the door (which he held open i couldn't see). Came off very rude. Good luck with your business going under

If you're within the a few miles of this store it'll be worth your while to stop in and stop being often as stock changes quite often. Definitely recommend! ️!

I bought 4 items, 2 of them were defective and missing parts, be very careful when you make a purchase.
