Was told they charge a service fee just to roll a truck out.our pool filter was spitting out glass and was told it was just dirt.due to their mistake they had to come out twice and now they expect us to pay double for the same incident.absolutely unprofessional

We were having major water problems, 1st team came and took a water sample back to office, an hour or so later john showed up with results and started working on the pool, water was clearing before he even left, couldn't ask for better service, all technicians were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

They were contracted out to inspect a broken water heater through warranty. Showed up an hour early (I wasn’t home) and then instead of letting me know they were early, they left. I waited hours after the scheduled time until I called to ask where they were and they said a tech was there in the morning. Charged me $100 and told me they don’t cover it.

Having a pool and a pellet stove they take care of both for me. Staff is amazing and they know what they are doing.

Had to have our hot tub looked at and Gregory was very knowledge and personable. Figured out in no time what was wrong! Great service will definitely use again if needed!
