NAPA Auto Parts - Fayette Parts Service reviews
8Good place to get auto parts and other things, it's close to home and the people are always friendly.
Fayette Napa is one of the best companies to work for they do awesome training. The corporate Napa has well trained sales reps who visits many stores to train employees and garages about the products how they are made and how they work to insure they are getting Quality information to support their business needs. Mangers and long term employees take their time working with new employees for the system can be difficult to use at times but overall is not to hard to get onto but it does take awhile to get to know and understand the whole system there is so much to learn and you can’t do it over night. They have jobs for every skill level can’t seem to get the computer system down they will give you different things to do till you can learn it so they don’t overwhelm you till you want to quit. Not everyone learns the same way.
It was busy when I got there. But staff took the time to make suggestions answer questions and help me get what I needed
Ordered parts through NAPA for a brake job on a 2004 Chevy truck. They got EVERYTHING wrong except the rear brake pads. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE AT THIS NAPA STORE. Turned a 4 hour job into a three day nightmare. These people know nothing about vehicles or parts. At least TRY to earn your pay.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I believe they should have at LEAST 2 workers there at all times.sometimes the store gets packed and if the get an Unruly customer like we witnessed and there is a line it can get overwhelming for just one person would be helpful just to get the line moving. Plus for saftey issues.
I buy all my parts here, anything from vehicle parts to atv parts, they aways get what I need within a day or so!
Although the employees were very nice and helped me find my part, I spent almost a half hour trying to return a core from a caliper and knew that was going to happen and I was forced to let it play out.
There's an apparent sign on the cash register that says the core refund will be given back exactly how it was received. No exceptions. So after changing the caliper I went at 9 am, next day, to return the core, and of course I needed the card number, expiration, security code, zip code. So I called the cardholder and asked for the card number and wen back to the counter, guy says okay expiration date, so I recall the cardholder to get the rest of those details, get back to the counter and make the transaction. That's how it happened. Just say on the sign that you need card details to refund the core charge.
