Lease operators beware! I drove for them for a year. “There’s no freight” get used to this saying. Got all repairs done at their shops never got invoices for repairs, put my 2 weeks notice and was told the work I got done in their shop 3 months prior was not good enough so they didn’t pay me my escrow or my last check so I’m guessing they don’t stand behind their work. They preach safety and hands free yet the driver manager will not pick up your call or return it but they sure will text you while you drive. You will be live loaded and unloaded forced to wait while company drivers get better runs drop and hook. If you’re looking for a career here best look at reputable companies. I have been in the industry 18 years and never experienced anything like this before.

Been here at napa for 10 years honestly the best company ive worked hence 10 years.everyone here calls you by your name not a # great pay and benifits bonuses sre phenominal every month and year just do your job and remember here at nap safety first no excuses

Today, I can said that the Richmond office got a Union. Very happy for those employee's. The owners forgot that it take good driver to have good company. I work their thus the pandemic an caught COVID-19 an was hospital for 1month, An was out of work for three months. I had to get off of work early on Thursday, to go to the heart an lungs doctor.i was told it was going to be awhile to get my lung an heart back to good health. But when Thursday came I need to get treated Josh told me that the beer load is more important than your heart an load an you needed to get that load. Glad they got a union their now

No room to grow in the shop. No leadership. You can however come and go as you please. And you Don’t have to work hard. So if you like that kind of thing this is the place for you. Oh and you get automotive training which is not in any way helpful to working on trucks and trailers.

It is the worst Lease purchase company I ever work for, I had three Breakdowns in One month and they say, I own them money.

You guys should probably teach your drivers how to park so that they don’t need to pull through at a pump and take their 30min breaks

We just completed a load for NAPA. Was pleasantly surprised how fast they reacted on lumper being handled as well as the detention. If I could give more than 5 stars, for sure, I would've. Mr. Gregory you rock! I wish there were more people like NAPA in business, would go a lot smoother!

I had left the company because of the bad communication with safety.
Three phone calls not one return.but the most disappointing is not one maniger reached out to me.
But over all it's a good company.
