I came in to test drive a car and trying to see how much money I would need to save. I didn't think by the end of the visit, I would walk out with my own car. Tim handled everything and made sure to not go over my budget. Thank you so much!

Amazing customer care here at Naryan, Tim is the best salesman I've ever worked with and treated me like family. Flew in from Florida because I felt I could trust the people here, 10/10 would buy again from here

I was involved in a road rage incident with a potential Naryan Employee in Philly. The driver in a 2009-2012 generation silver Ford Flex with Naryan Auto plates tried to overtake me by crossing a double yellow. Due to the road being a residential area with many potholes, it is impossible to drive through quickly. Driver then cut me off, almost side swiping me. He proceeded to block the entire road in front of me. Driver got out of the car and decided to ensue with aggressive behavior. Very unprofessional and dangerous especially when driving in a car that represents the company.

Julio is the one that help me. He help me with the process through it all. If you have any questions, he will have execute it. Julio is really patient. Overall the dealership are nice and will work with you. I highly recommend this place. Big thanks to Naryan an auto.

Sent an employee to test drive two sprinter vans. It was a 3 hour drive there. We set up an appointment and even confirmed a few hours prior. Once there the employees didn't know about the appointment and said both vans were being serviced. I paid an employee for 6 hours of travel for nothing! Very displeased.

I came in at the latter end of the day, exhausted from going to other places. They stayed for an extra hour to help me get my car and helped me with insurance as well. I even got paid $300 for referring my brother in law who bought a car. Can’t go wrong. Thanks so much.

If I am honest with you this was the smoothest car buying process I have ever been through & the sales person Julio treated me and my mom like family as soon as we sat in that chair it felt like more of a conversation he was genuine and very friendly. I would recommend anyone that is looking to buy a car to come to this dealership and ask for Julio hands down one of the best experiences. Thank you guys at Naryan auto!

I purchased my Honda Pilot in 2019 and loved it.
My husband and I found ourselves at Narayan looking around and Julio helped us with his knowledge of the vehicles.we are so happy that we found our next car.
We didn’t wait long and everyone was helpful. Great experience!

I feel like this purchase put a bad taste in my mouth. Angel was awesome from step one to the very end, however the vehicle was listed for $23k and when I drove away I was paying almost 30k. They forgot to add in the sales tax on the bill of sale and I owed them an additional $1,600 in taxes which I had to take out a second loan out to cover.

They also failed to notify me that the windshield mounted camera was not working properly and needed a calibration. That camera controls about 7 features on the vehicle that don’t work. When I called to see what could be done they offered to cover 100% only if I could drive 8.5 hours from Central Vermont to Philadelphia Pennsylvania, otherwise they would only cover 50% of the repairs if I chose to do the repairs locally. It’s a $250 repair in my area and I have to pay 100% upfront and then send them the repair bill and they’ll pay me back. Also, the vehicle only came with one key fob (driver 2) and a hard key from driver 1’s fob which I have to replace ($230).

Ready for this nightmare to be over with so I can enjoy my new to me vehicle.

Parting words about this dealership?

The dealership is okay, with a few things to make better, Be careful what is on paper and make sure everything on the vehicle you’re thinking about buying is mechanically sound.

Owned the car for less than 3 months. Timing belt blew off and broke a coolant hose. Engine blew after 2 days of getting it back from the timing belt. The axels where messed up (waited 4-5 weeks including engine swap). Now they're mechanic guy (Chris) from Eugen's Auto Sells and Repairs had told me my front differential was cracked (waiting 4 weeks.still dont have it fixed). Now the car's front differential is grinding every time i drive it.

1/3: i shopped with tim, great sales person, easy to talk to, naryan made the process easy!

2/3: owned the car for 2.5 months, the car spent its time inside the repair shop, as constant car problems kept on coming. There was a new problem as one problem is fixed another happens. They just make me feel like they dont check for any other problems just fix the current and move on with it.

3/3: The owner of Naryan (George) was the best part, he was nice to talk to and very understanding. I vented to him about the problems with the car and he helped me through the steps. (Even though there are more problems right now.)

EXTRA: The people are nice but i just feel like they could pay more attention to the cars they sell.the first 2 months i had my car i DROVE it only 3 DAYS! It spent its time inside the mechanic getting fixed. EACH TIME its fixed, ANOTHER problem surfaces. Even right now, my car is down (cracked front differential) and i have to wait til they're open to have them tow the car to fix.

A great experience all around with my Rep. Angel.
He answered all my questions and any concerns I had. He even followed me back to my house to drop off my truck I drove to get there. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a used car or truck in the future. Angel thank you again!

John at Naryan was awesome- took great care of me.he made the process quick, easy, and painless. He was funny' kept me amd my kids entertained and even called me the next day to check up and see that everything was good. This was the definition of customer service. What car buying is supposed to be like but rarely is. If you are looking for a car stop by Naryan and ask for John "The Car Guy" he's the best-

2 weeks after I got the truck I had to take it back to them so that’s was 1 day of work I missed just for them to diagnose it that was a Wednesday. The next week I drop it off on a Monday picked it up on Tuesday so I go from Philly to jersey herd the same noise so I call Art the maintenance manager he tells me to drop it back off. So the next week I go to pick up my tags but this time I talk to Paul Arts boss, he listens to the noise and says drop it off. So the next week which was this past Monday I drop it off. The next day Art tells me it needs a transfer case so I’m like ok. I picked my truck up this morning which is now Saturday to find out They stole a water out my trunk, stole my blue lighter, when I dropped my truck off it had a half tank of gas, when I picked it up it was on E, dirt on glove box, Dunkin’ Donuts napkin on my floor. And my navigation still doesn’t work that they were suppose to also fix

Angel was an absolute delight to work with. He stayed in communication with us leading up to our appointment and his customer service overall was just immaculate. No pressure and total peace of mind purchasing a vehicle here and they were able to approve my mom whose credit isn't great! Would definitely recommend. I'll be back for the BMW, thanks Angel!

Mike sold me a total bucket with a smile on his face! It’s been one issue after the other and now the engine has failed in 4 months. Mike was more concerned with getting a positive review that he didn’t care he was selling me a bucket. They sold me a car and 2 days later the key fob went out the car battery died and now there are engine issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. And I’d definitely say don’t buy any car from this fraudulent place without a mechanic looking at it.
