First time here today! Awesome experience, everyone was so friendly and bubbly. Usually going to the dentist makes me really anxious but that all went away after walking through the door with Dr. Christa and her hygienist. 100% would recommend

Wonderful and competent dental care with exceptional chair-side manner. The dentist and hygienist were transparent about financial costs and made my experience comfortable.

Today was the first visit to Dr, Gary Nataupsky's office. The staff is very friendly and made, both my son and me, feel comfortable with being there. Thank you to everyone and to Brit and Dr. Ann Dipietro.

I was referred here by a friend and I'm glad I went. Dr. Jason has amazing bedside manner and does a really good job. The receptionists are super friendly. It's a fantastic place to go.

I have been a patient at Nataupsky Family Dentistry for 34 years. I must say the staff, including Gwen, who is an excellent, caring professional hygienist, and Dr. Gary who is always knowledgeable and helpful excellent with my general needs but they saved me from a very rare situation which could have been extremely serious. I don’t even live in Wilkes-Barre anymore but I have continued to come to this practice since I moved 20 years ago. I will never leave them - I always trust their opinions. In addition, the staff in the front office are also terrific. I appreciate them all and thank them for everything.

Jason and his team is amazing. He is excellent with children. Also taking precautions and makes going to the dentist fun. He is a big fan of making sure kids love going to the dentist. Would recommend them for anyone!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Natausky and his staff. This past week I was on a business trip in the Wilkes Barre area and I broke a tooth in the front of my mouth. I still had meetings to attend so I needed to get something done quickly. Trying to find a new dentist away from your home area is difficult and scary. I read good things about Nataupsky Family Dentistry online and called in a panic hoping they would see me. Even though it was Friday and they were short staffed, they were still able to fit me in. I had never been there before and I was amazed when I walked into their office they made me feel as if I was a patient there my entire life. Dr. Jason Nataupsky did a wonderful job fixing my smile and I was ready for my next meeting.
Also while in an exam I couldn't help but overhear in the next exam room they were working on a child and the wonderful job they did in relaxing and reassuring this young patient that everything would be fine.

I had a great deal of work completed here. I spent several months and hours upon hours in the dental chair. For how much I want to say I enjoyed it, I can't it sucked it's a Dentist let's be real. With that, I can say Jason kept me comfortable and made me feel at home joking around with me during all this work. I'm glad I came here for my issues and would not consider another Dr for my Dental work. Everybody at the office is really great. So if your looking for a Dentist seriously consider this practice.

10 stars! I’ve been going to Nataupsky Family Dentistry since I was 4 years old and now drive in from Syracuse, Ny twice a year for my dental care. It’s that awesome! Plus who doesn’t love sitting in the dentist chair with the Grateful Dead playing in the background! Great doctors, great hygienists, great staff, a great experience!

Dr. Jason is a very knowledgeable and personal guy. I have a few family members that go to him and all have only good things to say about him and his whole staff. He's the type of dentist that doesn't just see you as dollar signs.

Great experiences with every aspect of dental care. Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional staff including front desk, hygienists and the dentists. Regular cleanings, Invisalign braces, etc.have been great due to the attention to care from the staff. See Gwen for cleanings, Dr. Jason for dentistry and Misty for whitening, fillings and Invisalign expertise.

Love it here. They take good care of me all the time. Always accomoding me & work with my busy schedule. Ask for Doctor Jason he is the man. The doctor & the staff are always kind & friendly.

We've been going to Nataupsky Family Dentistry my whole life. Everyone in their office is so kind, and Gwen always takes good care of me! I've been going out of my way for the last 4 years as a college student to make sure I get an appointment here because I don't want to go anywhere else.

My original dentist passed away and needed work done. Had a root canal #1 done as per dentist recommendation. Lots of pain afterwards! The dentist would not speak with me personally (had secretary speak to me). Suffered with no help from dentist.
I’ve had two root canals done prior in my life and experienced pain every time but always had dentist call and find a remedy (not with Nataupsky). I figured I would give him some leeway and let it slide. 2nd root canal again lots of pain. More than is tolerable. His secretary again was the person on the other end of the line when I called his office even after asking to speak with the dentist. I called his office around 1: 00 on Friday afternoon. It took them 2 hours to call back and when they did I got put on hold numerous times. After a few times being put on hold as the secretary ran to play middle man she told me the dentist is going to do nothing for my pain and I should call my primary care physician. By this time it is 5PM there closing time for Friday and my pcp closes at 2PM on Friday so I am SOL. (Little ranting) My primary care physician had nothing to do with the pain introduced to me by Nataupsky Also the dentist straight out told me he didn’t get all the root out and wasn’t going to cause he didn’t have the correct tools for the job.

This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. They really go above and beyond to make it a positive experience. All of the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and they do an amazing job with my children. Definitely come here.its the best!

I have always hated the dentist, but this office changed my perspective. I love going to them. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and respectful. They never approach me with criticism regarding my oral hygiene. Definitely recommend.
