National Appraisal, Plymouth Meeting PA

Cannot appraise correctly and cannot return phone calls. Inept at the only things you'd require of an appraisal service

Edit: so they respond to a review in 1 day but don't respond for their actual work for over 2 weeks. Solid priorities. Stop commenting on reviews and call my insurance back

It has been 2 months trying to get my car repaired and horrible service from them. Currently I’ve been waiting 8 days on a supplement request from the shop. Though I’ve reached out to them via voicemail, email and phone, I never get a call back. Their initial appraisal on the damage to my car was more than $3000 short from what was needed. (They evidently opted for repairing certain pieces instead of replacing to cut corners.) They are inefficient and unresponsive and I’ve never been so disappointed in the progress of a claim. No insurance company should use them for any major or critical repair assessment.

EDIT: For the response from the owner- I understand that you work with insurance companies, but I'm one to take action myself if the intermediaries (Claim adjusters & auto shops) are not getting the responses they need to do their job. I reached out directly to the National Appraisal service myself when the auto shop emailed YOU (and CC'd me) and also called and left voicemails to YOU and was left waiting for 8 DAYS by YOUR company. Then when we finally get an estimate from the appraisal service, it is much less than needed as mentioned above, causing yet another delay. How in the world would my analysis of service I received from your company be described "inaccurate"? I'm giving a low review due to the delays YOUR company caused, and I have never had an auto claim be so delayed except for the one whose appraisal was handled by your company. Taking ownership of the delay would have gone a long way instead of responding by telling me what most people do.

Sent out an appraiser who dropped by for 5 minutes, the damage to my dodge caravan hatch was minimal, still closes car runs no issues, appraiser Brady decided to write my vehicle off, totalled/deemed a loss call it what you will the vehicle is mechanical fine no issues, clearly this guy knows nothing about cars. Tried calling them, open till 5pm they tell us. 4oclock no answer no one called back.shady.

Unprofessional at it's finest. I have yet to be paid for the hours I've worked, even tho my banking information and mailing address were given. Regardless what anyone's views on my short time there are, the reviews on here are not wrong. As long as you can type you'll have a job, just make sure you're paid for what you work.sad and karma is real.
