National Car Rental, Middletown PA

I have rented from most every car rental company - I am now exclusively with National! The cars are always nice and usually newer… and the customer service is far superior to all others. I am loving choosing my car from the Emerald Aisle!

William Doremus at the Harrisburg airport was so very helpful. He calculated the mileage for my trip to give me an estimate of the charge I would receive at BWI. He really went above and beyond and was very friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience with National and would recommend them to friends and family.

Harrisburg Airport front desk staff got me in and out quickly. The return process was the same, very painless and nice people.

I always use national. This location was a smaller airport and I had to check in at the desk. Asked for an SUV but wanted to charge more. Never recognized my executive elite status. Took the Camery. It was ok. Normally walk in lot and pick what ever I want. Besides that always easy and reasonable.

Everyone was so friendly and kind. They really helped accommodate me and made my trip extra special. Special thanks to William Doremus for being so helpful.

I love renting from Harrisburg airport. Stephanie is always very quick getting me in and out but also makes the experience personal where you feel like a valued customer. I rent a lot and she's by far that best person I've interacted with.

Experience was good until they billed my personal credit card, as opposed to the company corporate credit card on file.

Not a bad experience overall but when I went to my car, under my own inspection I had found that the back corner had backed into something and so it was both dented and scratched. Because I did not want to be blamed for this, I had to go track someone down to document the issues with the car. I feel this should have already been documented and I should have been forewarned that there was damage to the car and that I would not be held responsible for it.

This National location was a pleasant one to deal with. At only a road crossing away from the airport with a they option of a sky bridge, it could not be closer to the terminal. Getting the car was quick and pleasant. The car was clean and I experienced no issues. Drop-off was painless and just a matter of driving up to the clearly marked drop off zone.
