Craig Irwin Nationwide is absolutely fantastic. Craig has saved us so much money over the last few years.from dealing with PHFA to making sure insurance discounts stay on your policy, Craig is there no matter what-whenever you need him. I will never carry insurance with anyone else! Just for example. We were paying nearly 3k a year through PHFA flood insurance and Irwin Nationwide found us a policy for under 1k per year and dealt with all the curve balls PHFA through at us. Been with Nationwide insurance for years. My agent Chris has always gotten me the best deals and taking care of everything. So simple and no headaches.

This is the worst company and agent ever. Once you tell them that we are looking at other options they stop responding and wont take your calls or emails. We even had them take out our payment two times by accident, they wouldn't refund the money. I had to research him online and found his home phone number and called him there. He was shocked I actually called him at home. RUN from these folks.

Worst insurance company ever! Oh sure, Craig is right there when you are interested in signing up. He will be only too happy to take your money, but if you ever need help with anything or have a question, don't ever expect a response! I sent him numerous emails asking questions, and he never had the decency to respond. So disappointing! I switched companies due to my dissatisfaction, and he claimed I still owed money on my policy. I didn't.and he sent a collection agency after me! He is so unprofessional. Don't use this company.
