2Susan assisted me with registering my car from out of state. Susan was very professional and provided great customer service.
I went to Susan to get liability insurance, I was given a quote, and never signed an actual contract. I never received my binder or my contract that would show the terms and conditions.
Now susan Moon is trying to charge me over $600 after she apparently cancelled my policy, when I never agreed to anything or was jnformed about my appareny policy.
Be careful people, never sign without reading, and be careful because this woman is saying verbal consent was enough to charge me$600+.
I have filed a complaint against Susan, and have warned the credit bureau of possible fraud.
How can Susan sign for me without my permission?
I suspect this business and Susan moon of fraudulent business.
